Caller ID says "Thoroughbred Re". From Coral Gables, FL.  Telemarketer scam.

They robo dial every possible number. It makes no difference if you are on a no call list (another federal program that works as well a "Obamacare")

I demanded that the silly cvnt explain exactly why she thought I wanted her to call me.  She stammered and stuttered, and I said, "Do not ever call me again, you stupid b1tch!"  Then I blocked the number.

Called this pm. Added to my blocked list....

Have gotten 2 calls from this # today (12-8-2013). Caller id showed " Thoroughbred Re". No message left.

I received a call from (239) 673 5213 on Saturday, January 25, 2014 @ 11:02 am (mst).

No message.  

Yup they just call, when I answer they hang up immediately.  Called the number back, and the recording was throughbred research.

Yet another spam call on February 19, 2014 @ 7:20 pm cst.

Called left no message.  The 9th level of Hades should be reserved for spammers.

This may seem like a legit call if you have the product they are researching, but a telemarketer who dials every possible number will certainly hit some people who fit the profile.

I don't have BCBS plus I received this call on my second line which I never give out. I block caller ID when calling from it, so the only calls I get on it are robocalls.

This number calls EVERY day around the same time. They never leave a message. So annoying!!!

This number keeps calling and I do not answer.  Called back and machine says it is Thoroughbred Research group.  Yeah, right

A woman wanted to conduct a telephone survey with our CEO regarding economics, our industry, etc.  Company policy dictates that studies be submitted in writing and mailed via the US Postal Service.  She asked for an email address, and I reiterated the instructions.  She then pushed to speak with him again, and I repeated myself.  Finally she sighed in frustration and said, "Just so you know, someone will probably be calling back," and hung up.  Really?  What part of NO don't you understand?

They have called three (3) times in the last couple of days. Again at 946am this morning. I blocked them the first day so that they can't get through any more. They still show up on the PC Caller ID "Missed Call Listing". Annoying. I'm on the DNC list which seems to be useless. On another note, from the very beginning, politicians exempted themselves from the DNC list. Sandack, a local GOP candidate, calls repeatedly before the primary election using different local and long distance phone numbers. Extremely annoying!

I think I can shed some light on that. I worked in a call center for 17yrs and the turnover rate is astounding. Mostly teens looking for a few extra bucks and they don't care about the job at all. I've seen it all. Maybe it had just became their break and hung up so as not to get stuck in a survey. They could have just stuffed food in their mouth and couldn't talk. Both unacceptable in that job. Sad to say but this type of behavior will never change. And the DNC registry exempts surveys because they are not selling or soliciting products.

Received a call today, he said he was taking a survey of technology use by companies; confirmed my location and purpose of business (they had purpose completely wrong).  Then started asking about minority status of owners (female, Hispanic, etc.)  Told him I wasn't interested in answering those kind of questions and hung up.

I answered the phone.  The guy said he was from Thoroughbred Research.  He was conducting a medical research study.  He asked for my name and birthdate.  

said they are with Connect Iowa. Talk about giving false information....Refuses to leave message and will not be getting thru when they call back tomorrow either.

Getting a call from 239-673-5213 called Id says THOROUGHBRED RE, They will not say anything..
