Got a call from Ron Woods/ Investigator saying I needed to pay $747 by noon or I would be arrested. E payday loan has them working my case from 07. Now these people have called me from several different numbers representing different companies but for the same thing. They even threaten my dad on his job. Now there representing Republic National Recovery, he was a fast talker tried over talking me all we kept saying I need to send $747 by money gram no later than noon or i would be arrested.

I received a bunch of calls from a Texas number +1 (832) 408-6410. Saying they are investigating me for fraud. They even called my family. The voicemail I got said it was coulson partners and associates.

I just got a call from these ppl they said I was going to jail of I didn't pay I was so terrified I was about to pay 2000 dollars before I snapped out of it.....            916) 290-9653

This happen today to my daughter. I got a call from my daughters aunt telling me she got a call from a Mark Davis he said he was looking for my daughter because he was investigating bank fraud, my daughter called him back and he threatened her with if she didn't pay this debt for an online cash net USA loan by 4:30 today she would go to jail. My daughter told him she needed to speak to her mother and he told her it had to be paid by 4:30 or he would have Alameda county pick her up. Guess what she doesn't live in that county. Needless to say we looked into it and found not only your post but tons of others. From what I can see by looking into it hey use several different numbers our call came in from 206-430-5991. Just beware I have spoke to 2 different police departments and this is a scam.

They contacted my daughter in Texas and I contaced the district attorney's office. I have been informed that I should get as much info from them as possible. They are scamers

I just money gram them 934.35 yesterday, they called from a 210 number which is a san antonio based number. They called my mum and another family member! I just came to my senses too and I want my money back!

You used a service that is the same as handing them cash.  You will never see that money again.  The best you can do at this point is file a complaint at the CFPB and your state attorney general's office.

Who, exactly, did you make the moneygram out to if you used a paper form and snail-mail.     Where did you send it?  And could you post that information here.  Trying to find out who, exactly these people are.

I also got a call from the same people and I also did digging and found out they were a scam after I sent the money to them and they told me I couldn't use my checking account to pay or a credit card so I found that wierd cause if they want money they would accept any kind of payment but I went to the police department and gave the name of the lady Kate Reynolds who claimed to be from the P.I firm so if any suggestion please write back

I got a call from 832-374-4553 for almost the same thing.. They wanted me to send over 750.00 money gram with the code 7645.. I will admit I was scared as well until I found the real name of a Financial management company that already has 8 complaints against them for violation of the fair credit act..

Also goes by Chief Litigator Robert A. Martin, I got took by these people, called my sister, saying they were from Cochran and assosiates, the #513-685-0350, saying it was for bank fraud, saying they were turning it over to the state attorneys office

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them .

I got a similar call today from a company who collects money for National republic  I believe it was something Cochran an associate 's the wanted me to pay $405 by 2:00pm if not I would be apprehended word she used an have to pay$3,000 I got scared an was going to go through with it but when we got to the point of paying they wanted me to money gram the money to,company name: republic national. The number they called from was 15132530803 which is Oh i believe I'm in CA I hope I did the right thing in blowing it off.

I just got a call from a Parker Davis saying that I owed a debt from a PayDay loan place in the State of Alabama but the felonies were in Texas. He wanted me to send him $405.00 Western Union using Money Gram to a place called Federal Processing. I asked for the address. He said he could give me the corporate address 303 Perimeter Center North Ste 307 Atlanta, GA 30346. Phone number is 512-535-4311.

Name was a Ryan Snyder, and a Parker Davis. Answered the phone as "office of investigations"

Accusing me of bank fraud, also called my husband. Called me by my maiden name. I reported it to the local police department and when I called them back to tell them that I knew it was a scam, etc.  he began to talk over me and threaten me.

Received a call from Davis parker claiming I owe loan from first cash advance in 2010,I need to pay 2500 by noon or I will be arrested,I suspect it's a scam since he told me to pay via moneygram,he has my information, what do I do next?
