Ignore him & report him to your state attorney general.  It ILLEGAL to make threats (arrest) which will not happen even if you did owe.  You are correct - MoneyGram is the same as cash - untraceable.

"Parker Davis" called me from an 817 area code stating that I had committed bank fraud.  I put him on speaker phone and began searching his number and name.  He started acting like he was preparing to send someone to what he thought to be my employer's office.  I informed him that I was looking for which commission to report the call to and he immediately became irate, threatened to send an officer to my job and hung up.
