Yes, I have received two of these messages.  One about six months ago with a female voice, and one about two weeks ago with a male voice.  I live in the Houston area.  I do not have Comcast, nor have I given blood.  I have been going through a difficult time with my Dad's health and other problems.  I would like to know the source of these messages.

I got the male voice as well and don't donate blood. Who is this being sent from? Does anyone know?

I just got one this afternoon also, the Katy area.
At first I felt great, now I'm a little spooked. I would really like to know the source.

Live in NW Houston, have Comcast service, got same phone call a few days ago.  Wasn't home to hear the message, just saw "Name Unavailable" and the phone number.  Remember the billboards about ten years ago that just said, "It's coming."  It was a marketing tool to stimulate interest.  It worked.  People were asking, "What's coming?"  The end of the story - it was a crusade.  Perhaps this is another marketing tool for a feel-good organization.

Received call 11:02 AM with female voice.  Area code of 247 cannot be located.

Received same urgent your appriciated message today at 1:56pm.  Left me feeling a litttle spooked.  Nice comments though....Glad i am not the only one to receive message and find it strange. I live in Houston, but do not have Comcast or given blood latley.  Do have creditors calling ...anyone else?

I recieved the call at about 10:20 this morning. I have been very sick and had surgery twice, My mother has been here taking care of me and I guess I could have died. I am surrounded by lots of love and appreciate all of it. The male voice told me that he felt it was very important for me to know that I am loved and cared about by many people. It gave me chills. The night before I never felt closer to my mom.  I live in houston. He told me that it was important to know it today and then told me to have a nice day. My email is jlilylake@aol.com

I got the call today too at about 11:20. I thought it was interesting, and perhaps a little creepy, but I think it's probably just someone trying to make people feel good.  Other than this website I didn't find much about this.  I think it's interesting to hear all of the theories, but thus far they don't all match.  I don't use Comcast, nor given blood etc...  I am in the Houston area though.  Perhaps it's good ol Joel Olsteen or something - I could see that.  I wouldn't worry though.

I got a call like this.  My number is still in Houston, but I'm actually in Portland.  It came on my cell around 11 a.m. Houston time on Monday 8/4/08.

Same as the rest - got it today at about 1240 or so...

Got the call at 2:49 PM today.  Maybe it's a church or something.  Area code search turns up nothing.  Given that we were hit today with the Tropical Storm, perhaps that's why the calls focused on this area.

I recieved the same message to day, at around 10:40am, and I too feel that this is some kind of message from another plane of life of existance, I have a question, I know that my family has gone through some trama, and in the middle of it all I am also taking in a blessed soul that needs help and all she wants is to graduate from school.  Anyone else that has recived these calls, take it for what its worth to you, but know that someone in the world cares, even thought they don't know me or us, I know that its okay. call at 2:15 today - does anyone know the area covered by area code 247?  I've not been able to find it on reverse lookup.

I got a message from a man saying he just knew that I needed hear that someone loved me.  Who is this person?

I also live in Houston and just received the same call with the message "it was urgent that I called as soon as possible, I would like to let you know how important and appreciated you are to me and others, for some reason I know you needed to hear this right now, thanks and have a great day, Bye."

I've also been going thru' a really rough patch since February last year, and any positive message is very welcome. I'm quite a skeptic, but for now I'll try take it as it is.

247 is in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin.  No blood given and I live in Houston.  Strange.

Today is August 12,2008 and at 1:09 p.m. I got a strange call from this number.  I live in the Houston, Texas area and received a male recording that said, "Wanted you to know how important and appreciated you are.  For some reason, I knew that you needed to hear this right now.  Thanks and have a great day."
