Interesting.  I just received a call from these folks which I didn't answer.  Coincidentally, I also received a phone book on my front step earlier today.

called 3 times today, nobody on the other end each time.

I Found out later that if you hit your # key rapidly (6-&) times it will mess up the computer and will drop your number from its list

I am getting these calls.  I checked the messages and I see you are getting them as far back as 2007 at least.  I got this one on 1/17/11 at 12:26 PM from Product Dev Cor (all that was on the Caller ID) and the number was 1-303-280-8689.  How do you get them to stop.  This is only one of several that I get.  My husband passed away 3 weeks ago after a long and painful bout with cancer and I really don't need this aggravation.  If I once pick it up and answer it gives them proof it is a legitimate phone number and they sell it to any number of new callers.  I really need to get them off my back.  I don't owe anyone anything.  They can't be calling for me.

I agree - if it's a legit business, why don't I hear anything when I answer the phone?  Either their automated calling system doesn't work correctly or it's not really a legit business.  Either way, it's really irritating.

A robot just called from this number, and I couldn't hang up - the call would not disengage regardless of the amount of time I left the receiver on the hook.

How can they do this?

"Do Not Call" is a fraud, it Does Not Work!

This number called me yesterday at around 4pm. No message was left......what a surprise??? If it has to do with phone books being delivered, so what ??? It's none of their phucckking business as to whether or not I got a phone book. Just another company calling to annoy people and piss them off.

hehe, Bravo, Kevin!! I have been reading all the vitriol and angst here, looking to see if anyone was savvy enough to simply do an online search for PDC. I got the web URL you posted, sent a few emails using a junk address I have, and even made a phone call to a Sales rep in British Columbia.
    Not that any of it matters. I told Bell Canada (my local YB producer) to get me off the list two years ago when I moved into an apartment. Obviously, it didn't work. I got the call today, and like the others before, no sound or response, just a hang up.
    So, people, stop whining, create a new email at any of the offerings out there, and start letting PDC know that their tactics are (to say the least) wrong. And again, Kevin, kudos to you for doing what I thought more folk would be creative enough to figure out. Good on ya, mate!

I received a call from this company just a few minutes ago. I was home, answered on the first ring and was promptly hung up on.  If they wanted to do a survey, why did they hang up.  This is annoying and upsetting when you a single older female, living alone and live in a high crime area.  "Product Development Cor, 303 289-8689", scores a minus zero with me.  I am on the "do not call" list, and they are a business, they should not be allowed to call me.  For them to be exempt is ludacrious.

Jeez, Kevin... you sound like a bit of a know-it-all [***]...  Nobody cares what business the calling company is doing -- they just want the calls to stop!  Take a few seconds and try and understand that, you twit.  Nobody really feels like checking up on the company to try and understand it when they get a phone call and hear strange noises, especially when it's repeated a few minutes later. Whether or not it's legally an invasion of privacy, it sure feels like it.

The phone books should come with a big label that informs the receiver that a phone call may be placed to their residence to confirm delivery.

I for one will never answer a call from 'Colorado', because I know no one there.

Smart Feller works for PDC Logistics. What a *%$# up! Who cares about "stickers" on phone books.
I like knowing who is calling me and how to phone them or go down to say hello.

I do not care about publicly traded company, they do not care about custumers only their profits.
Yellow Pages Group profits sucks and their business is dying. So they change their name to Yellow Media Inc.

I got 4 call from 303-280-8689 cost me 3 bucks ea. they are making money on atomatic call backs calls
if you look on your phone bill it sure show the number my call came in on 1-15-11.
