got a call today from 303 280 8689 at 3:40 Pacific time, July 14, 2007. I am on the national do not call.

Received call, no message. I am on the do not call list. Researched the number 303-280-8689 through website:
www.whitepages.com... Company is Product Development, 12301 Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80241

Should be stopped.

Called while I was out. Left no message. Did not return call.

Promptly hung up when I answered.  I am on the Do Not Call list and would like these people reported.

Someone from this number called on 7/26/07 at 1:04PM.  Left no message.  Showed up as Product Dev on my caller ID.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list.

Someone called from this number today but left no message. It shows up as Product Dev on my caller ID.  I called the number tonight to see if somone answered and got a voice mail that said if you recently received a call from this number it is because Product Development was delivering phone books in my area and wanted me to participate in a brief survey.   At least they aren't trying to sell me something!

The number, 303-280-8689 called after 8 pm, but when we answered, they hung up.  Called back and the msg. said that the VM for 'product development' is full.

Received phone call from this number, answered and they hung up. Called back and received the voicemail which said "This is Product Development Corporation. If you have received a phone call from us it is because we are delivering phone books in your neighborhood, and you were selected to take our product survey."

I am on the No Call List and received a call from this number.  I have caller ID and it showed Product Dev.  I did not answer the call but hope you can do what it takes to keep them from calling me and invading my privacy.

Am also on Do Not Call List.

Saw on caller ID that someone from 1-303-280-8689 called me ( at dinner time, naturally ).  I was not home and the person did not leave a message.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry

Got the call from these guys at dinner time, didn't answer and there was no message.  We are on the do not call list, but needless to say that doesn't mean much to some of these guys.  I'll answer it next time to see if someone wants to talk.

I got a call from this number and happened to answer it. animal grunting (believe it or not) on a loop. Out of morbid curiosity I stayed on the line as I too am on the Do Not Call list and wanted to find out who it was so I could report. After about a monute and a half the automated voice came on and stated to press one for yes and 2 for no... then the grunting returned.

Got a call today and my caller ID said 'Product Dev' and am on the Do Not Call list as well. I thought I heard some sort of animal making this odd noise as if it were in pain or something.

called at 11:57am PDT on my cell phone which is listed on the National Do Not Call list until 2014.  No message, just a recording of some kind of animal growling.

Same thing: creepy low guttural noises. It sounds like a very slowed-down tape. They must have had a bad malfunction with their equipment.

Someone should speed up that recording and see what it says.

Had several minutes worth of animal growling noises on my answering machine. I'm on Do Not Call list. Disturbing for the elderly woman I care for here to listen to that going on and on.; I tried to call the company but could only leave a message at one of their numbers (other than the 303 280 8689) number.

Product Development Corporation (PDC) is a national distributor of telephone directories.  PDC utilizes phone calls to confirm delivery of telephone directories.  PDC does not leave the survey questions on an answering machine.  The Federal Do-Not-Call legislation does not appy to organizations that are not soliciting (selling or marketing something). PDC is not soliciting.

PDC uses delivery verification through phone calls because of the cost and quality of this quality control method.  This type of quality control process is done by all the major companies in the distribution of telephone directories.  Having said this, PDC is aware and respects that there are individuals that would not like to be part of this type of survey.  As a result, PDC has created its own internal Do-No-Call list.  If you or anyone else would like to have their phone number removed from our calling lists, please email the phone number you wish to be removed to DoNotCall@teampdc.com.  

I would like to reiterate that delivery verification calling is a quality control standard in our industry and that each company that does this type of quality control is responsible for their own list.  As such, even though PDC will no longer contact all numbers that are requested to be on our DoNoCall list, you may be contacted by others that do not have this capability.
