Called 10/15/18 and left no message.  Of course I am on the National do not call list but that seems to do no good.  I NEVER pick up the phone if I do not know the caller.
Wish this number could be reported to the National do not call list.

Yeah, apparently one from a long line of smart people who don't pick up the phone when scammers like this call. Keep in mind these are robocalls and there is no one on the other end unless someone picks up the phone. Save your breath and until there is a way to zap these calls before they happen, the best you can do is block and/or ignore them.

It's simple--they're calling to verify that the person they paid to deliver the books did so.
