Received a phone call from a lady asking for one of our employees. I asked her what is was regarding..personal business matter. I asked her the name of her business...Fresh View Solutions. *super quick google search* I asked her if she was a debt collector... Unfortunately I can't answer that question, to which I replied "Well, unfortunately I can't transfer you. Goodbye." Click!

I dumped the call to my voicemail.  They didn't leave a message.. It was about 5 minutes of static with some background noise that sounded like a TV.  I deleted everything and put the number on my block list.

I got a call from this number multiple times all requesting that I call before April 30th because it was urgent! They always have someone different call about 5 times a day and never say what debt they need addressed then they just leave their name and a long distance number.

My husband called them back one day and they asked for a SSN (which he refused to give) and then they said I owed a $700 debt on my credit card (that has a limit of $300). When he said "I'm sorry that's not possible because that's way beyond the max of her card, the scammer said, "Ok, $600 then?" he told them nice try and hung up on them. Now they just won't stop calling.

Some chicano dude who couldn't speak understandable English called. I CAN'T stand getting calls by someone from a third world country.

I live in Detroit and idk why someone from Denver would be calling me..they need to stop!!

They called and asked for my boyfriend it was a male and i was like can i ask whos calling and he didnt answer he just said so you agree hes not avaliable this is a recorded call and i said no hes not avaliable and then i said so where are you from again? (I was trying to figure out who the heck was calling me and why they wouldnt tell me their company name?) And he said denver colorado and hung up lol weird?

Message left on my home voice mail stating they have an important message from fresh view solutions. Then stated they are a debt collector and to call 855-552-2549. I smell scam since there is no reason for a debt collector to call us. Good thing we are on the federal do not call list as well as our state list, apparently both are very effective.

Yesterday we got a call. They said they were Fresh View Solutions. Caller ID showed as Unknown Caller at 303-731-4738. Lot of voices talking in the background like a boiler room. They didn't say who they were calling for or give any information except that they were debt collectors. Wanted us to call back. We are debt free and have never either heard of them or received any correspondence from them. Today we got a called from the same company but different phone number 720-398-5238 to call them back at 844-639-4408. Differently a scam. I plan to block these numbers.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
