I have NO idea who this is, the ID says "unknown"! They call at least 2 times a day, no message, and when I answer...they hang up!

Strange...I got a call from this same number on 2/28/11, as well. They didn't leave a message.

STILL receiving multiple messages from this number! I. D. says "unknown". When I answer, they hang up~when I do NOT answer, they do not leave a message! WHO THE HECK IS THIS ANNOYING PERSON/PERSONS???

The number is out of Morgantown,WV .Mayber it comes up on my house phone because I live in WV. I'm guessing it's a bill collector for an account that's ready to off a credit report. That's usually when I get calls like this.

I know the number as well...Don't even answer unless you can and are ready to pay them. And yes many times they ask for you by fist name ... But hang up if you ask them who is calling...

They call every day, never leave any kind of message.  not sure who it is, but very annoying.

I get this call once a day, the caller ID is "CC USA".  They never leave a message. Always hang up.

I got a call on May 24th they asked for my name and when I asked who is calling they hang up.

They are using wrong information

I too receive calls from this number, usually twice a week. I'd say "hello" and there would be silence, then they would hang up.  Finally I decided to not say anything when I picked up the receiver. After a moment of silence a woman's voice said "Cynthia?".  I then knew not only why this person hung up each time I said hello (since I am a man and a woman was sought). Obviously a debt collector with an incorrect phone number.

I get this message sometimes every day. I try to call them back but it says the number does not accept incoming calls, only makes out-going calls.

I got this caller, I answered, they asked if I was ***? I said yes, then they hung up!  I they are a collections company, they don't do a very good job of it.

I think this is for if you owe WVU Hospitals money. I am almost sure because I owe them like 200 dollars, and that is the only debt I have. Plus, I believe that a 292 number is from Morgantown.

Just received a call and they asked to speak to "accounts payable." I'm sure it is someone trying to collect an outstanding debt though didn't know I owed WVU Hospitals? Will look into it futher. Thanks for the info.....

I have been getting calls twice a day but never pick up. They don't leave a message. It can't be a West Virginia hospital because I have never been to WV in my life...

nope...not a west virginia hospital...my son has only been there once and it was covered and paid for 11 years ago.  i have recently started to receive calls from this number and they call at least once a day; never a voicemail.  i do not pick up numbers i do not know so i don't know what would happen if i did.  i really wish they would stop.

same thing as the others. hung up when I said my name.

I tried calling from a land line and it's some sort of outbound call center.

Pretty sure it's got something to do with WVU Hospitals, but can not be certain. I just won't answer. If it's important they can leave a message.

I used to be from Ohio ~ that's why I have a 350 phone number but have recently moved to the west coast so when they call from Ohio at 8 am its 5 am here, this has happened two times, I tried to call back, it says only outbound calls (?) also you can't text it.  I don't owe anyone money.  I have a pay as you go phone not knowing what would be the best for when I moved, you can't block numbers that I know of on this phone.

It must be a collection agency for a network of hospitals or something. I get them about 3 times a day and tried to call it back to see who it was and what they wanted and got the same "outbound calls only" message. Would be nice if they left a message at least!
