Keeps calling me and hanging up ....no idea who it is

If you call 1-800-228-3048 and then press 2 at the menu you can get a actual person , give them your number and they will tell you who they are calling for. If not you or someone that lives there then tell them to remove your number from there file. I have been getting these calls at least 2 to 3 times a day. Hope this helps

I called them back and of course that number does not accept incoming calls.  So I saw who it was on this site and called them on the 800 number.  The lady told me that I didn't pick up the phone quick enough for the call to connect.  I got mad and hung up on her.  Then I called back and when someone answered I told them they did not pick up quick enough and hung up on them.  Everyone needs to do this so they get the message.  If you should get connected when they call you, tell them they were not fast enough.  Also the www.cchome.com website comes up some Chinese or Japanese language site.  They are all messed up!

Calls everyday don't know and tries to solicit

They called and asked for my 15 year old son, who has no credit cards or debts of any kind. I said he was at school and they hung up.

Received a call from this number and I answered it.  The person asked for my son, so I said this is his father.  Then she hung up.

This call is invading my privacy and interrupting my everyday life.  I do not know who it is and I have tried dialing the number only to find that it doesn't accept incoming calls.  I have the number blocked on my phone and it still rings through.  Please stop this person or persons from doing this.

They call and  hang up every damn Monday.

For over a month I have gotten a call from this number. I would pick up and then get hung up on several times a week several time a day from 8am to 8pm. They are very rude. When a person was there they would ask personal information like my address and birthday  without providing who the were. When asked who was calling they hung up. The number that called does accept incoming calls.  I finally found out theybare a medical collection company and I owe 50 on a 3000 bill I already payed the rest of. I would have kindly paid the t0 but thier practices made it impossible to find out I even had a bill.

For this wondering thier call in number is 1800 228 3048. And their fax is 3042921780. If you fax them you do not wish to be called and provide an updated address for your bill they are not able to call you anymore.

No one should ever call your home asking for personal information without providing who the are. This is illigal and you should not do it. The very well could have been a scam company.

This company calls several times a day.  Sometimes they hang up when I answer.  Other times, they ask for my husband, who works swing shifts.  When I ask if I may help, they hang up.
