My daughter keeps getting hang up calls from this same number!

This number calls me 3 or 4 times a day 304-292-3841 never leaves a message and when I answer never respondes ....

They refuse to take inbound calls at the phone number 304-292-3841.  Try calling and see.

This is a stupid company run by stupid people who hire stupid people.  Since they won't even let you call back, then you cannot deal with this stupid debt collection company.

Unfortunately, that web site does not inform people how incompetent they are.

Debt collectors are paranoid about leaving messages.  If they leave a message at the wrong phone number, or even on an answering machine someone else might listen to, they are afraid they will be sued for a violation under the FDCPA.  The law says they MUST inform the debtor that it is a call from a debt collector, and MUST NOT inform anyone else that it is a debt collection call.

They are calling my father, who is deaf, and won't speak to me (I will not dishonestly tell them I am him).

Next time, ask her to give you the phone number of the company attorney.  Then say "I bet you don't have an attorney".

Dont know who this is who keeps calling every 20-30 minutes today. I answer and no one
will say anything. But you can hear people in the background.

They asked to speak to my mom about a "business matter," and asked for my late father (died in 2007) when I couldn't bring her back to life. This is my first Christmas with no mom, or family of any kind, so thanks for making me even more depressed. Oddly, both my parents died in facilities in Morgantown, WV, where both their death certificates on on file.

Got a call from this number . No one spoke . Then they hung up .

I have been getting calls from this number for a couple of weeks now. I answer they hang up. The do not leave a message and you cant call it back. I'm done with whoever this is they need to stop harrassing people!

This number keeps calling my number and dosent leave a message.  Finally iI answered the call and they asked for my daughter.  When I said she wasnt home they asked if she had a husband they could take to, I said no and they hung up.  This number calls several times a day.  If they cant leave a message they shouldnt be calling my personal phone number.

Someone called me from this #she was very rude she called a Romanian, (and I am NOT ) I don't know who !!but was asking me to verify address and last 4# of my ssn,,very rude ,,

The woman who answered the phone wasn't happy to know that calling and hanging up on people is considered harassment even if they are a debt collection agency.  
Funny thing is...they were calling me looking for someone who doesn't even live here.

I get the same phone e calls and they won't leave me alone either but they never tell me who they are so tired of it I wish I could call them and bug them the way they do me tired of it and the bad part is the person they ask for is not is related to my number who are they and what the hell they want

Debt collectors.  You might consider a call blocker.  Or you could send them a cease and desist request.   There are templates on the net.    Many times all they have is a name so they robo call as many people as they can with the same name hoping to get someone to pay them something.   There's an address listed on the previous post.  Also don't pick up on calls you do not recognize.

i also live in ohio n today started getting this call several times today the name was blocked!! i did not respond just deleted it have no idea who it is most likely a bill collector lol thank God for caller I.D

They call several times a day and hang up. Sometimes, if I'm expecting a call, I run to the phone to try to get there before it goes to voicemail, and since I'm on disability, I often hurt myself. There ought to be a law.

block this caller! Paid missed bill and they still call everyday, 2-3 times a day!
