It is a collection company for WVU Hospital. I have tried to set up payment arangments with the hospital but everytime I try the lady gets smart and tells me I have to pay the bill. Now I have three different collection agencies calling me at least 7 or more times a day starting as early as 7 am and late as 9 pm. If WVU Hospital refuses to let a person pay payments then isn't that against the law?

I answered this number. At first it was silence then a lady asked for me by name.. I said this is indeed her. After that she read off an address and asked if I lived there. I said that I wouldn't provide personal info to someone I'm not familiar with (she had stated she was with 'a company') she replied 'I understand' and hung up. Obviously a shady call when they want your information but can't state what company they are with..

I live in Pittsburgh and have never been to a WV hospital so I know it has nothing to do with that. They have called me twice and have hung up on me both times. It's very annoying.

Ever since my bank was hacked this number and may others have been calling me i also have been recieveing text and spam emails it's all spam dont answer if they get one bit of info they willl charge ur bank

yea i get this call too and im like you, it says it will not except incoming calls, just used for outcoming calls only??????????? very strange...

That information in the letter is wrong look at the phone number the one calling is 304-292-3841

this number is for VALLEY CREDIT SERVICES... they collect for past due medical bills, they will collect on bills that are 8+ years old.

It is, in fact, a med debt collection agency. my debt is in MD so they must collect several states. They are, indeed, rude and sound shady. Lady hung up on me before I could answer ??'s - but probably because she looked at the account and saw my payment record after call was already placed to me. Regardless, I am sending them a cease and desist letter, as I have made monthly pmts since day #1. They can KMA!

It is not a hospital in WV. I have no connections there. We need to stop repeating the problem, we got it, so now we need to remedy the problem; let's try this:

Everyone who is getting these calls, should each time call the telephone company and demand that they should tract and shut down the culprit and post a fine against them for every infringement they made against every person.  They will be so busy trying to counteract what they started they won't have time or the gumption to continue and this will put a halt to the non-stopping, ignorant display of idiotic phone calls for what ever reason.

its a collection agency they ask for your name because they just want to know if you are connected to that cell phone or phone bill are you all cricket customers if so cricket sold them your info.

My wife has been getting these calls for about 2 weeks now, we both have Verizon cell phone numbers. Same story, when she answers, they hang up on her. We do not have any business with the WVUP Hopitals either.

Caller ID says CC USA 304-292-3841. A woman said she wanted to speak to Michael Boone ( my husband) regarding a personal matter. She told me her name was Ms. Ford. Then she began to ask questions about what our address was, etc. I refused to give her any information until she told me what company she was calling from. She said she would call Michael back later, then hung up.

I am having the exact same issue.

I receive 3-5 calls a week from this number. I answered and pretended to be the person they were calling about. It is a debt collection service (but she said the name so fast I couldn't make it out) and the woman on the other end was extremely rude!! The number she called was a business phone and when I asked her not to call it again, she got very hostile. I ended up hanging up on her.

I think they are a collection agency for all hospitals who want to use their service. My Daughter is making payments to Sisterville Hospital and they are trying to collect. They talked to her once and now they call and hang up just like all of these posts have stated. They might think they are just gonna keep calling just to aggrevate a person lol. They call here early. So, maybe they think they are irritating us by waking us up lol. Who knows........????? Atleast someone has a job and they are able to put food on their table by aggrevating all of us haha. yeah hospital collection agency . they call me yesterday hehe . looking for my son .
they didn't want to give there company name so . so told them they cannot reach him though this #,and if they called again my phone # (which is unlisted) i will sue them for harassment!

This number calls me 2 times a day when I pick up they hang up, they so not leave a message if I do not aanswer, and I tried to call it back and I get a message saying this number is used for outgoing calls only and does not accept incoming calls... Who the hell is this calling me?!? Its not a debt collector because they would want to talk to you.. So I don't know but someone please try to figure it out!! I'm very aggrevated with it!!!

I have nothing to do with these people or don't know whhat they want, I have no debts.
