Well, I start work @ 4 a.m an DO not appreciate calls @ ELEVEN P.M WHAT kind of half assed poll calls at that hour anyway....LIKE does anyone answer your pollls at ALL ????????????

I have received 3 phone calls from this number in the last hour. I did not picked up since I don't recognize the number. Thank you for the reports now I know not to answer for sure.

Called at 8:39 CST, too late for me to answer the phone. Rude people to call this late at night. I never call anyone after 8PM on a work night. Since one of their people has been yelling at everyone I will turn them in to the Do Not Call List even if they are  exempt.

Call repeatedly despite being asked to remove from the list.

Rcvd call from this number, asked for someone by name and then hung up.  Neighbor also rcvd call from same number and did not leave vm.  Looks like this number has started up again.

You jerks called me twice within a 15 min. period.  I am NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR STUPID SURVEYS. GET A LIFE.

These people called at 9:30eastern last night. I was sick in bed. They were told that I would not come to the phone. @9:45 they called back and woke up my kids and they had school the next morning. I was very angry. What right do these jerks have to call so late at night? I told them I was not taking their stupid survey and to never call back. If they continue, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. I urge everyone else to  do the same.

If you just call them and press 0 for the operator, you can tell them to take your number off their list. They don't give you a hard time and it takes about 48 hours to be completely removed from the system.

I have gotten many unwanted calls from 305-728-0130 at all hours of the day and night. It is very annoying. It might be legal but SUN SURVEYS is treading on very thin ice if anything happens to anyone who has rec'd this call. They will be investigated as suspects so they are risking a lot!

Sun Surveys LLC 305-728-0130 has been calling my number all night I asked them to stop and told them I was on the do not call list but they keep calling they started at 8 PM and the last call so far was at 9:50 PM. I called the number to speak to someone so I could put a stop to the calls and they hung up on me

I called them they told me it is a problem with the computer this thread goes back to 2007!!! pretty LONG problem!
this is at 10:30 at night they called just befor they called around 8 also and a few times the other day a job is a job but come on don't make your employees be rude or lie !!!

A man called last night at 10:57 last night, A WEEKNIGHT!  What type of poll does one take at night, I told the caller not to call again.  Who in his right mind would expect anyone to answer questions that late at night? We work and were rudely awakened by this caller.

got a call at 10.35 pm last night...  wanted to do a survey???  I asked him if he knew what time it was?  He said he did.. I hung up.

Florida needs a stronger law. NOBODY should have the "RIGHT" to call someone on a no-call list for ANY reason.

Got a call, 5:50. I decided to pick up, knowing it was some kind of telemarketer. I didn't say hello, I just listened. Heard various jabbering voices in the background. Yep, a phone mill.

A guy says "Hello? Hello?" And I respond. He starts to clumsily read from his prepared script: "Sir, I am not selling anything, I am conducting a political survey...if I could have a moment of your time..."

I said, "How much time?" "About 10 to 15 minutes." I said, "I'm sorry, that's too much time, I am going to be leaving for the day." "Can I call you back later? It would really help..."

This poor guy was obviously getting paid for as many people as he could snag into completing the survey, not on how many he'd pestered. But come on, TEN minutes? To do a survey that benefits somebody else, and pays somebody else and not ME? Pay ME to answer the phone, don't think I'm flattered because YOU are being paid to pick my brain.
