Received call on a business line, and was told right away they had wrong number, and hung up...

I understand that you do not apply to the do not call list, but you expect people to do your surveys at 9:30 at night?  Maybe we should be talking to our representatives and putting time limits on surveys....

Actually by LAW they can NOT call before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. They can say all they want they are except from the Do Not Call List.. BUT they are NOT exempt from restrictions on when they can call.. If you get calls from them outside of these hours then they are violating the law.. Report them.. Also they are REQUIRED by law to stop calling if you tell them to. If they do not honor that request they are also violating the law.. Report them.. From some of the posts on here it seems some people employed by the place are reading the postings.. To you guys, pay attention you are exempt from these rules.. And Also think about this.. People are on the Do Not Call list for a reason.. THEY DON'T WANT TO BE CALLED.. I don't care if technical you are except, you should take it as a sign that they don't want these types of calls period.. Why do you waste your time call people who don't want to take the calls in the first place? Very stupid if you ask me..

I received three calls from this number starting around 7pm PST and the last at 9pm PST.  All very late in Florida and no messages ever left.

I figure... if i didn't give you my number.... don't call me!!! It's as simple as that.

This is a political survey company.  

Called me at dinner time last night.  I asked to please put me on Do Not Call list.  I was told okay. Got another call tonight at dinner time - this caller RUDELY told me they don't have to keep a DNC list.

Well, I did a bit of research, the President of this company is Wade Perry, and here is his home info in case anyone wants to return the dinnertime favor!

This is a common technique used to make people think it's comming from the Obama campaign. But it sounds like this call is actually from a group working against the Obama campaign. It's designed to annoy the receiver of the call in hopes that they will vote against Obama. I've heard of independent groups doing dirty tricks like this... in fact, this was the first example that was given by a Republican Opposition researcher I heard interviewed on the radio.

Random call at 6:36 p.m. local time.

WELL THEN HOW MANY PEOPLE ACTUALLY ARE WILLING TO DO YOUR SURVEY???
PROBABLY NONE WHICH SHOULD BE A BIG HINT THAT IF YOU KEEP CALLING PEOPLE, THEY TOO WILL NOT BE INTERESTED.  MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE.

Called twice within a half hour, last call was at 8:30PM.  We get up at 4AM.  Calls to our house after 7PM are unwelcome.  Having someone call us and then hang up on us makes it just that much worse.  You made the call, have the decency to try some courtesy.

I received the 305 728 0130 unsolicited call on 08/25/2008 6:39:40pm on my cell phone,my number is on do not call-list. Can we do something about this?

9:50 pm wanted to do a survey. Spoke to supervisor. Would like to file a complaint.

No, the Do Not Call list (and the TSR law) does nothing to stop pollsters, such as the one calling from the number you reported.

Sun Surveys called and said it was doing a survey about "issues", but after thirty or so questions about McCain, Obama, Sununu, Biden, Shaheen, and my personal voting habits, the woman admitted there were ten more minutes of this garbage, and never ONCE asked me about any so-called "issues."  Time to pass a law restricting political pollsters from calling people who do not want to be bothered with someone else's business.

Unfortunately some types of unsolicited calls are actually legal. Call your representatives and ask them to support a new law to STOP all unsolicited calls to private telephone numbers of people who do not want to be bothered.

I was actually interested in answering the political questions, but after 20 minutes it got to be too much for me and then I heard a dog barking in the background.  I asked if that was a dog barking and the person confirmed it. I then became suspicious and didn't continue with the interview.

We received 1-305-728-0130 at list 8 to 10 times a day. We reported to FCC, so you should do that too.

Just received a call from this number at 11:45pm.  Why would they call that late to doe a survey?
