They just tried calling me again. I blocked them long ago. Get a phone blocking app and join in the fun of blocking all these morons. OPT Out is another taxpayer funded useless government program.

Whatever happened to the threat by the gov't that if a caller persisted in calling you and you were on the no call list that you were entitled to financial compensation...I recall something in the $500 range per call. Hah! Yeah, great job, gov't.

Scammer/Telemarketer/Thief/Crook/Liar/Fraudster/Con (wo)man (but I repeat myself) again touting the student loan debt reduction/payoff/forgiveness scam. CID showed "WIRELESS CALLER"

Some messages here indicate this number is related to student loans. I do not have a student loan. Also, I did answer. I said hello, but got no reply. Neither human or auto-bot. The call was disconnected from their end. I called back, got a generic voice mail that was "full"...
If they are trying to cold call for new business, they have a very poor business model. BLOCKED

I answered and it was pre recorded saying about paying back student loans. Funny that I do not have any!

Apparently I qualify to have my student loans consolidated, I however don't have a single student loan. Asked to be placed on their do not call list but blocked the number for safe measures. Do not provide these people with any personal information!

So why are they calling retired people who have no student loans?

Scam!  watch this number,  DO NOT ANSWER the phone.  This is a scam caller.  They will record your voice!!   BLOCK THEM.

No one fall for the student loan thing!! It is just a scam. I have received many calls like that even though my student loans are all paid off.

Something about loans, I didn't pay much attention, I just waited for the option to opt out of receiving further calls (option 9).  The recording said I'd be added to their do not call list.  Yeah, I have all the confidence in the world for that.

I am 61 years old. Why would I need a company to manage my student loans? I graduated from college in 1978. Seriously? It's an effing scam!!!!!

There must be a scam angle here other than calling everyone in the US.  If this were a legitimate company do you think it would be operating out of Beverly Hills?
As for suing, good luck finding out who is really behind these phone calls.

Totally correct....Why pay for something you can do yourself?
This number keeps calling me.  They are Navient (sp?) Student Loans and some babbly about a government program.  I keep telling them we don't have a student loan, never had a student loan and yet they persist on calling so now I just waste their time.
