They are more than that, they are a scam. They called me and I do not have nor have I ever had a student loan. I answered once just to mess with them, and they asked me my name. I said "First of all YOU called ME because you supposedly know I have student loans, so shouldn't you already know my name?" And they hung up on me. As I said, I do not nor have I ever had student loans. These people need to get a real job. And a life.

Thx to all who posted here. I've also had two calls, never had a student loan, did not answer either call.

Usual illegal robocall about student loans; which I don't have.  Nothing stops them...I have Youmail which plays an out of service message and they STILL keep calling and leaving automated messages.  The robocallers never stop.

This is a robocall.  No legitimate business comes from this number.  Never, never, never, answer phone calls from numbers you do not recognize.  If you do answer unrecognized phone numbers, your number will become part of a realm of hellish telemarketers and robocalls!

Called me several times.  Was not able to get to the phone in time.  When I tried to call back was told the number could not be connected as dialed, check the number and call again.

Call at 6:15 pm. Student loan, well since I get up at 330 am. I call it back, message. The person is not available. Scam.

Reed, I contend YOU are the scammer or work for the scammer. What makes you think my student loans are not paid off? You want as many people to pay you $80 as you can while you do nothing.

Are you serious! You definitely must work for the company to give such NICE comments about a “company” that’s definitely phishing. They called me about MY student lloan and how to settle it. REALLY? That’s good because I never had a student loan in the first place. Definitely SPAM.

A deep holes, calling again on a  Sat. They don't get it. Never answer a number I do not know. JUst call them back from a different   number. Recording, Your call can not be dial, check the number again." Definite scum scam. The one  selection "Call Type" should be scam, not scam suspicion.

Has called me multiple times. I have them on block. Finally in the last couple weeks they have called be another 3 times leaving blank voice mails. Pretty annoying. I do not have student loan debt. Scammers.

They are scum.  I've told them numerous times I have no student debt and to please not call.  They won't quit.  If anyone has their address please post it, I would be happy to visit them with a baseball bat and destroy their office.

They charge you $600 for paperwork you can do yourself for free. The are a SCAM! Block this number and RUN AWAY!  They are currently being sued/held by a the Federal Trade Commission and law firm (google this you will see).  They promise to do paperwork and make your student loan payments; however, they don't do anything and just take your money.
