- smart personsame number from Beverly Hills, CA. Usually, I answer the call and don't speak until they do, which usually causes them to hang up on me. I 've tried calling them back and it says "your call cannot be completed at this time"

- Jason3rd party touting federal student loan forgiveness programs and looking for a sucker. The programs are available for free with the government by going through your servicer. If you don't have student loans, they'd know that if they were legitimate. They're just looking for suckers to pay them to do paperwork that can be done on one's own.
