Keeps calling but they don't leave a message and they won't day say anything when I answer.

Have called 6 times in one day at various times of the day and night. I didn't answer, because I didn't recognize the area code, although, after the fact I did call the number back and there was no answer of course !

Receiving multiple calls per day from this number, no VM left.

Called at least 10 times in the past two weeks. No messages left. Blocked

These people do not stop calling me at my grandmother's house and then hang up.

It is a student loan forgiveness program. If you tell them you are in a program already and that you pay nothing they will hang up and never call again. Works every time for me.

Has called me every day for 2 weeks. Sometimes twice a day. Answered once and wanted my passwords to get into my fasfa. Refused and hung up. But theyre still calling me...

I keep receiving calls from this number 311- 971-1854, and dont know who is it or What they want. I dont answer that calls. No message its left from the person that call me.

Scammers keep calling saying they will cancel debt. Please don't them. IT IS A SCAM. Have a blessed day!

They have called multiple times a day for months. I finally started feeding into it, they wanted me to pay $199 for the first 3 months and then $38 for 25 months. My student loans amount to $12,000. I told them they needed to speak to my wife, they spoke with her, she started asking questions and told them she would do some research and call them back. They called 3 times at 11pm that night!!! Needless to say we asked for them to not contact us again after reading they were a scam. They called me 5 times while I was at work the next day. Then when I finally answered and explained to them how I read about them being a scam they argued with me and hung up. Seriously???? Harassment at its finest! 😡😡 they also call from other numbers 3 & 4 digits.

I answered and after listening to music a man came on line with accent saying he was from Microsoft online dept.  I told him I knew this was a scam call and hung up. Blocked the #.

Answered this call after being called about 2-3 times a day.  The caller with an Indian accent claims to be calling from Microsoft.  He continued to say my windows application has been hacked by someone in China who is sending out Spam.  I asked which computer and he couldn't tell me.  He was very adamant and threatened to disable my windows program.  I wished him a blessed day and hung up.  The number continues to call and I will now block it.

They called and said they were from Microsoft. (These are scams!! They want your info to hack into your personal info!!) I yelled in the phone -- "Great!! Microsoft!! Are you sending me a new computer? TY TY !! Then hung up.

Has called constantly and when I answer they hang up. When they finally called they tried to tell me I can relieve my student loan debt by paying $2,000. The moment I said I'm still a high school student they hung up immediately but still called the next day with the same bit.
