Williams  Scott Company Is a scam.  Ace Rogers from there called me today and told me they had a case with the Sheriff and that they would be at my door i called the sheriff warrant department and they told me i was clear. So Mr Ace Rogers at William Scott Company(818)237-3746 Ex 106 have fun with the warrent that you lied about  And the case # of 6 numbers is a lie also case # start with the year and numbers so good luck with that

Just got a call at the job and they asked for a employee. I told the person there are no personal calls allowed and she kept telling me she was investgating something on her, when I pushed for details all that was left of the call was a dial tone.

The criminals are William Scott and associates namely Jennifer Joanne Jill Scott or whatever j name she uses...she acts like she knows wtf she's talking about but she does lame things like talk over you... This outfit prob works out of their home...with six kids no education and bitter they have to do that for a living don't send them money...they are feeding off of peoples fear...they break every law in the book...can't wait to see them go down ..remember they read this...also remember they don't know crap about he law ... Don't talk to strangers..if the police wanted you...they don't need these losers to find you.

This company has called my job and my elderly parents. I have almost lost my job. They have cursed me out and called me a dead beat. They have stress me out and continue to bother my parents. This needs to stop. My father is 80 years old and don't need this.

What if i never took any type of loan out?

A Kelly left a message stating the call was for me or my husband and then proceeded to say this was a fraud investigation for a different persons name (whom I have NEVER heard of) and said to have that person call in and reference a county case #.  Sounded like total bs to me so I googled the phone number and found it is in Chicago- I am in WA state- found numerous complaints about scam.  Not calling them back at all, was such a convoluted message in the first place anyway!

Got the same call, scared me to death, said it was from 9 years ago.  Really.... cancelled all my accounts.  By the way, you can look up to see if their is a warrant out for your arrest through the sheriff dept.  Such a scam.  These people need to get a life.

The bank closed my account as I lost my job and did not hav the money goin into e account direct deposit so the bank closed the ccount. I have paid two payday loan companies through the sheriff office as a garnishment

mine was two different extension numbers and they could not find the case number then a lady gets on and says she is working with the federal government and etc. Told me hold on she was going to talk to the DA and in less than 2 minutes she came back and said I owed 2796.31 if I could provide h with a debit/credit card number when I said I did not have that kind of money she got very rude and said call friends and family as you have until 2 pm today 3/27/2012 or u will be arrested! I feel this is a scare attack.

The man that called me was cummingham and then called the 312 back and he couldnt find the case number and etc transferred me to a woman and she was very rude threatening me with a warrant and etc the account was closedby the bank institution as I did no work fr the institute to be able to be a member at the credit union. The payday loan was for only 400 four yars ago and now for an out of court settlement they want 2796.31 by 2 pm today 3/27/12 right she wanted debit/credit information and when I said I did not have a credit card she got very demanding and said CALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY GET THE MONEY OR YOU WILL BE IN JAIL!!!!!!
Take the warrant and the threates to someone else

We received a phone call today from these idiots at william scott associates threating to put us in jail and all this other stuff and she does have info on you to make you feel like she is real but......
My wife and I called the attorney generals in Illinoisoffice and spoke to them and they said she does not have the authority and if the accusations are correct they must send it to you in writing, if hey cant then they are a FRAUD!!! The attorney genrals office says that they have been getting alot of calls from people. They also said if you have ever applied for anything on line, that is how these people at william scottt and associates are getting the info to call you with bogus charges.

I almost did I was cared and didnt wnt to go to jail and lose my job ad etc bu I got onto goggle and researched and found this site wit ll these people saying they got thesame call nd etc so decided not to do anything the have called my number in the lst 24 hours 35 times
