So how many of you were contacted by company said right around tax season? They've called a few times with the same ol sh** story last year around tax season and just today which is April 10th 2012. Kinda funny they only bother us when its tax season...no contact otherwise. What a FN scam!!!!

They called me today stating I owe from a bad check in 2008 which was for 500 dollars and they say I owe 1400. They threatened me with a warrant for my arrest and to suspend my license. I was actually worried until I looked them up. What type of bill collectors threaten you?

These Mfuckas are insane!!! They just called and threatened to suspend my drivers license and issue a warrant formy arrest on tomorrow for a payday loan of 400, but they wanted 3000!!! Get tha fuckoutta here!!!! I called my lawyer and now I'm calling FTC to report they  bootleg ass!!! oh and the number they called me from was 615-866-4372

This company is a big SCAM thay scared me with there your gona get your license suspennded and a warrant out for my arrest.  People don't fall for these power hungry nincapoops.  ALL THEY KNOW HOW TO DO IS LIE LIE LIE LIE!

I have read all the negative blogs about Williams, Scott & Associates and I can tell you now DON’T listen to that crap.  If you know you took out a payday loan and didn’t pay it, what makes you think that you’re gonna get away with it. Come on…the only reason you went there is because you have bad credit!!  Who just gives out money?  Do yourself a favor…READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU WRITE A CHECK AND TAKE THEIR MONEY!!!!

Northern Los Angeles Area I received a call earlier today from a Jennifer Scott @ ext 131 I was given a call back number of (719)359-4218 ext 131 after listening to a voicemail threatening to issue an arrest warrant and have my drivers license revoked I immediately called back some of the information I was provided with such as the last 4 of my SSN and a credit union that I had previously used , I was told by Jennifer that unless I paid 3000.00 today on a credit card they were gonna persue the warrant and that I could face up to five years in prison for check fraud I asked her for information like an address and she was unable to provide that to me so I told her I was gonna contact the credit union regarding the allegations and charges and that I'd call her back I then called her back and told her I needed the name of the county of the court that my case was being handled by and the name of the judge who issued my warrant so my attorney could contact them she then got upset told me good luck I'm gonna persue this case and hung up on me, I then called her back she said don't call here anymore were persuing the case and hung up again so I tried calling again and now I hear this recording saying that she's a federal agent and will only call back after I leave a case number and contact number .... I left a message with that information asking her to call me back like a professional and have yet to hear from her so after the call I looked up an attorney and I guess we will see where it goes from there .... I feels bad for the victims who have been taken adavantage of by this company I sure hope something can be done cause this isn't right and there are people out there who don't know better and outta fear pay them the obscene amounts

Oh and while I was on the phone I was placed on hold after Jennifer got back on the line she comes back by saying thanks for holding we've been extremely busy I guess 2 people were just being detained total scam!!!! I hope justice is served on this company !!!

Just got the same phone call scaring me half to death.  They are full of it.  Just a scare tactic.  I called Ace check cashing, she asked for my social and told me that I owed only a sixth of what Williams Scott company claimed.  I will be paying this off!  Check the source before falling for the scam!

Yea I got a call from Andrew Cohen of williams & Scott assoc. I didn't bother to answer they r full of [***], they need a real job and quit scamming people, my " warrent" was from 5 states away..like 3/4 years ago..good luck trying get in contact with me the funny thing is they tried on like 2 ppl I know and they called my father in law saying " I know your a doctor you have the funds to help this should be chump change to you" what professional company does that they wouldn't even take payments or give a address they are rude and real debt collectors are not suppose to tell your personal business to the world..not in laws or anybody..

I also think this person works for them. I called the Attorney General in Missouri and they said they have had numerous complaints about these people and it is a scam. I fell for it and gave credit card info but then cancelled the card. they went so far as to call my son on his cell phone and call him a [***]. now what lawyer is going to do that

our sheriffs dept said there are 7 fraud cases pending against this company now. If they call tell them you know it is a scam and report them to the Attorney Generals office

They called me yesterday too. Had me in tears. Contact the Attorney Generals office in Jefferson City and report this. I am all for a class action law suit

I am still fuming mad about these Jerks. I was so upset yesterday thinking I was going to jail. I am so glad we called the Sheriff's Department and the Attorney General. Would love to fry the [***] in court
