Same call to me too.   I am hoping it's not the scam that records you as you say yes to 0.   There is something fishy here.   Please stop those people.

Totally pro vax scientist here. I also don't buy this as legit. Surveyors (especially ones working government hours) aren't likely calling people at 930 pm at night, over and over, like the calls I've been getting. Scammers have been known to hijack phone numbers, i.e. make it look like they're calling from a different phone number. I think that's the likeliest scenario.

Just called me at 8:30pm, did not answer and looked up the number to find this site. Too late to be calling even if it's a legit business and they are lucky my child was not woken up by them calling so late...I already registered my phone on the DO NOT CALL list....come on!

You don't.  A call blocker can be of some help.

Survey about immunization. Called over and over. Finally I agreed to answer questions. After about 80 questions they asked me to provide contact for my child"s doctor so they can request his immunization records! That is when I told them no. I wished I did not answer the 80 previous questions! Info from their web "If you receive another call from 1-312-578-7017, please answer and say “Take me off your list.” The interviewer will remove your number from our calling list."  Good luck.

No message either day; this number has shown up on my caller I.d. the past two days. We are on the Do Not Call registry so I have no idea why we are receiving these unwanted calls, but I want it stopped.

Someone from this number has been calling multiple times at 10:30 PM and texting all through the day! This is harassment!

This number has called many times about vaccinations to anybody under the age of 18 in our home.  I do have a minor son.  They asked how old he was & I told them.  They asked for his birthday, I gave them the month and date.  They pushed and pushed for the year.  I stated I already gave you the month, date and his age.  I am pretty sure you can figure it out from there.  With that being said, the caller stated that they could not continue the call without me giving them the year my son was born.  But dang...they keep on calling over and over and over again.

I don't care if they're legit or not. I don't give personal info to people I don't know.  Plus, I want to know where they got my name and number, who sold my info to them, and they won't say.

They've called me at least a dozen times. I'm about to start answering the survey with an answer of "go f*** yourself" to every question.

When I called them back, a recording said it was U of Chicago.  I'm gonna start calling them 5 times a day, too.

Unrecognized number. Blocked for the future.

Received a call from this number in the afternoon today.    Answered it as I was in a mood to play games or tell someone off, which is the only time I answer unknown callers.  Sometimes I pretend to have dementia and ask the same question over and over until they get frustrated and I start laughing.

The caller was polite and spoke understandable English, stating that he was calling for the CDC - implication was that he was an employee of the CDC.  Said they're doing a survey to find out if kids under 4 in the caller's household have had immunization shots.

There were no specific shots mentioned, the under 4 category seemed too limited, and the caller said the call would be recorded, which I didn't appreciate, so I decided not to play games with him, told him what to do with himself and hung up.

My immediate concern was that even if this was a legitimate survey, it's none of any survey company's or the CDC's business what shots any children in my household might have.   Nor would it be the business of anyone at the U of Chicago or anyone to whom it might sell the information.

I couldn't help wondering if some Big Pharma company that manufactures and distributes immunization shots was behind this.    If I get another call, I might tell them I'm an OctoMom and have 8 kids all under 4 and none have immunization shots.    Wouldn't surprise me if I would then get solicitation calls or mails from Big Pharma trying to encourage me to get my nonexistent kids immunized.

Said they were from cdc asked about kids immunizations for survey, but then started asking personal info so I hi g up after 15 minutes

This number has been showing up on my cell phone for weeks. Calls occur late in the evening.  I finally answered.  Said they were from the government, specifically the CDC and doing a study on childhood diseases and vaccinations.  Sounded really phishy.  I told them to put me on their do not call list.  He said they don't have a do not call list - BS.  Tried to talk me into taking a survey and I said no thanks and hung up.

So how do they get the number?

The first time I got a call from this number I told them I wasn't interested in answering their questions. Since then I've gotten repeated calls from this number and the caller hangs up as soon as I pick up the phone. When I called the number back asking them to stop calling me, the woman who answered kept telling me how important their survey is even as I kept telling her I wasn't interested. She persisted until I hung up.

You can't be that gullible. You do know that scammers spoof numbers, right? So, there may be a legitimate survey, but that's why this will work on people like you.
Why the eff would anyone calling from the CDC do it at odd hours, ask personal information including SSN, birthdates, names, etc? Survey's DO NOT need personally identifying information. Stop being so effing gullible just because you found a web site that seems to support it. No wonder they do this... people like you are GULLIBLE.
