My CID said name IPSOS.  Beware ! ! ! They Are Not Who They Claim To Be - This Is A Subversive Attempt To Verify Who You Are.
The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call Plus Their Wasted Time.  Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

Market research - on 11/11/13 it was regarding private health insurance companies

Not true I have NEVER talked to Blue Cross and that number called me late at night after 9 pm. So it is NOT Blue Cross calling to make sure I am a satisfied customer.

I have been getting calls from these losers and I am on the DNC list as well. I guess next step is to report them to actual authorities as they are calling me past 9 pm.

Just got 2 calls back to back from IPSOS! How are they getting our numbers if we are on a DO NOT CALL list?

Just got a call from 312 775 1287.  My caller ID said it was IPSOS.  No idea what that is so I did not answer and waited to see if they left a message.  No message left.  

Been getting calls from this number and never leaves a message.  Comes up on Caller ID as follows:

A heavy accented woman with totally static phone line was on line when I  answered. They asked first if I was the woman of the house. Then asked personal questions regarding work, school, political, and income!  Nerve!! After listen to ease of hacking on govt health care system and the fact that I have anwered politial surveys with Congress and Senators makes me wonder if they have been hacked and retrieved information as I recently inadvertently gave my phone number on a survey.  This company said they were just Taking asurvey for a corporation but refused to name a company when I pressed.

I like Alex's reply, keep them on the phone with erroneous iinformation and let them waste their money.  

Unknown number,didn't know the number so Didn't answer it. They left no message.

I received a call @ 8:33P this evening, my CID also said IPSOS with a number of 1-312-775-1287.  I don't answer unrecognized callers.  If important u should leave a message.  I just delete it info.

I got a call from them tonight. It was a boring survey and I wasn't in the mood. I actually like it when I get calls from a sexy sounding woman. I can usually get them to start answering questions before they are forced to hang up by their supervisor.

having read other information online , this number is just some telemarketers looking for you to provide answers for their survey - if I don't know the number , I will not answer it and am always wary of those phishing for personal information

Keep getting calls from this number.  No message.  Very annoying!

This guys a told scam out of money

Market research firm calling about Washington Health exchange customer service.  

Got many calls from this number they didn't leave a message and I am waiting on test results from my doctor. I don't need unwanted people calling me when I am ill.

I have gotten several calls from this number and it comes across my caller ID as Synovate which is a market research company.  We do not answer calls from numbers we do not know but they have never left a message.  We will be blocking this number!

My caller ID says "syndicate"!
