These a$$holes have called my home 4 times a day for the last several days.  Caller ID says IPSOS.  Market research... I don't think so.  If they were legit, they would leave a message.  And they wouldn't commit what can only be described as harassment if they were truly looking for my opinion on anything.

Get calls after 8:30 p.m. every single night.  Let the answer machine pick up and they leave no message.

re: Calls from 312-775-1287 - IPOS several days in a row; they never leave a message and I have never answered the call. Definitely unwanted caller.

So tired of these calls!  So aggravating and very sorry way to do any kind of business. I do not want any calls to my phone!

Two rings, then hung up.   Company's name is IPSOS.  IPSOS = POS, as in piece of ****

I got a call and didn't answer I don't have blue cross blue shield. I get about ten phony calls a
day. I believe they all use more than one number because I often get one call after another.
One caller with a foreign accent phoned and I asked her to stop , she said she'll call night and day.

In my id'er is says Synovate - with this number - which calls several times a day - " I let my machine get the call if I don't recognize the number every time ", as soon as the machine picks up this caller, they hang up.

Still at it.  Two calls from them, no message left.  Grrrr.

caller id shows "synovate", the lady said she's calling from fedex regarding a call i placed to track a package a couple days ago. she wanted to conduct a 10 min survey to evaluate my satisfaction. said i was busy.

I got a call fromthese people  July 22,014 and July 21,2014 they always callmyu nmber around 8:00 pm  and theyhang up.

I got a call from this number and no message was left and soon afterwards I called this number back and got a recording saying it is IPSOS a marketing and research firm and that they will be calling me back again sometime in the future. Gee... they are so thoughtful huh?  If you don't want to be bothered then just block their number.

Got a call from them at my desk at work. The called ID said IPSOS & the lady was asking who handled our stamp or mail meter. Then she asked if I wanted to take a 3 minute survey about the USPS. I told her I couldn't be on the phone for that long & we ended the call on a nice note.
Sounded fishy. DO NOT SAY "YES" OVER THE PHONE!!!

Called several times at odd hours

Caller ID = IPSOS; definitely bogus. Block them.

Day after day, twice or 3 times a day, IPSOS displays the number:  1312-775-1287.  I never answer. Now I've blocked it. Just another invasion of my privacy.  

I recorded on my answering machine, Hello.......HELLO!  And then my normal message. The annoying calls have decreased greatly because these fly by night companies have to have a real person pick up on THEIR end because they think I answered. That was my goal, to cost THEM money. They get really upset, too.
You have to be prepared to have long busy signals eat up your answering machine time, but it is well worth it. A small victory!

Woman claimed to be representing American Express asking for feedback on the merchant service. Did not believe this so checked up online…just another junk call.

I got calls from this number several times a week. The CID is IPSOS. It is very annoying.

Three calls from IPSOS in the last several days - hang up no message - will block based on the notes on this website.  Way to go 800notes.com.  Thank you.
