Answer the call and non one respond and hang the call

Doesn't stop calling

Keep getting calls then they hang up when I answer! I would love to give them a piece of my mind.... I had to wait a month for repair of a 2 year old washing machine under warranty

I did not recognize the number and therefore did not answer it.  While they did not leave a message, I noted from other posts that it was Sears.  I had service yesterday from Sears for my Range and Refrigerator and was very pleased.  Maybe they will call back!

Not voicemail which is unprofessional for a Sears survey call. So, I decided to block this number since they keep calling without leaving a message to let me know the reason of their call.

Called 3 times this morning.  DIsconnects once I answer.  I have tried multiple times to call back, line is always busy.  Stop calling me.

What possible thought process suggested that we called you,  your caller reads your posts here, or your post will effectively stop calls to you?

This number calls, does not leave a message on the answering machine.  Hangs up. I had a Sears technician to my home on Tuesday to service a washer and dryer. I got an e-mail asking me to complete a survey. This number sounds like the same issue. Irritating!! I "blocked" one Sears number around a year ago because they kept calling, hanging up, at all hours of the day and night. Blocking this one!!!

Called on Sunday, 12 noon est, answered phone, line disconnected, blocked number.

Keep getting calls from this number when answering no oné speaks.  This is truly annoying and a waste of time.  Sears needs to fix this.

Call picked up by voicemail. No message.  Sears repairman recently here. Blocked #.

Calls, hangs up...13 calls in 3 days. Blocked the number...still calls. Call back and get Verizon wireless customer not availible. Spoof possible, call may not even be from this number.
BLOCK THE NUMBER.

Repeated continuous calls, when saying hello, no response.  Dealings with Sears Appliancce just before these calls began coming through.

It is now bordering on harassment!!!  8 calls in 2 days, they hang up when I answer!  I'm sure they do not want my opinion on the delivery.  The finally showed up at 7:30pm after calling at 5:45 to say they would be there in about 15 minutes.  They dropped the microwave and tried to say they received it from AAFES in that condition.

Same experience as reported above.  Multiple calls from "Sears Survey" and when I pick up, someone answers "hello" and hangs up.  Just bought an appliance from Sears so there is definitely some connection.  Very annoying, but I can't believe these calls are originated by the company.

Sears was at my house yesterday to do preventative maintenance on my appliances (as per my contract) so I assumed the number calling was sears with the survey the Dish Network man told me about.  Yes, sears now contracts out their work to dish network guys!! WTF !! Needless to say I was looking forward to taking this survey because this PM guy was WORTHLESS! My dog could have done a better job. He basically walked in and looked at the appliances, opened the doors; you could see on his dumb face that in his head he was saying "yup, this is a fridge and this is a stove..." . Any way, about the call -- I answer it and say hello two or three times to dead air and then there is a hang up. About an hour later the phone rings again with the same number and I get the same experience.  It is no wonder sears is going out of business!!!
