One ring & then hang up ...I did have Sears for a repair

Called 2x today but hung on me both times when I answered.  I had a Sears service call yesterday and it went pretty well.  Can even give good feedback because they keep hanging up on me. I'm just ignoring the calls now.

They have called my house 11 times. No message ever left on the answering machine. I did answer the phone on 3 of the calls but they keep hanging up on me.

This number called me twice per day for three days in a row, including weekends. When I finally picked up, it just hung up. Before this number, I received a call (a voice message exactly) also from IL saying I have a dryer. When I called back, I heard the sound of a modem connecting to internet. Not sure if they were related, but this number started to call me after I block the dryer call.

Received this call at about 10:30 am today...Sunday!  I was unable to answer and no message was left, so, until I read other comments, I didn't know it was Sears.  I had a Sears tech come to my home to do an appliance Service Contract inspection, so this was probably a survey call.  Ugh!  I have another appt. scheduled with them.

I answered, nobody there, called back, no answer

Calls all times day and night.  As soon as i answer they hang up!

I did have Sears service (which was great. Being harassed by these phone calls that hang up when I answer or don't leave a message when I don't is decidedly not great.

I called Sears' customer service and told them to stop the incessant calling of my phone and that I will never use Sears again since doing so means relentless spamming.  I suggest everyone else do the same so they get the message.

Since Sears  identified themselves  as -8 "Chicago IL" and did not leave a message, I di blocked the number.

Picked up call ,no one there. No voicemail left before. They were just at my house. Took 5 weeks for a repair.

Just had a Sears repair person come. Started receiving multiple calls from this number - no message left, no one answers when picked up. I reported to Sears. They said this number is NOT related to Sears.

Caller rings my number when I answer they hang up.

I had several calls with no msg. Finally answered. It IS a Sears  (after home repair service) Survey. I had a great technician and took the time to respond. Under 2 min.

Caller ID said "Sears Survey".  Picked up on third ring, no one there.  I answered because I recently had Sears service (good experience) and wanted to leave positive feedback.  Tried calling the number back, and got message that number is no longer in service.

Robocall. No human is on the other end until a human answers your phone, so there's no one there to decide to leave a message.
