yep I had sears out fixing a dishwasher. These idiots have now called ny cell phone 10+ times and hung up

Didn't leave a message, but I had just bought a Sears product, so it must have been a survey.
I had given them my Google Voice #, so I set it to go directly to voice mail.

Well now that I know it's Sears survey, I won't waste my time.  Took them 3 wks to fix my washer and that involved alot of unanswered phone calls from them, they don't want to know how I really feel.  Leave a message Sears.

I am so very tired of calls from those who are not somebody that is only a nuisance and wish that there was a trusted way for me to block my number

it is not only that you do not know who is calling, but  "it" is also not a person., but rather an automated call and even when you chose to push 2 like they suggest to be taken off their list--- that in fact does not work and they call back at least twice the next day--- and so far for over a month.  How in the world do we get rid of them, or get off the list if you do not get a number to talk to someone.  Also there is no way to complain that makes any useful difference.  I am so very angry

I keep getting calls from this number.  When I call back there is no answer and the message I get is that the "mail box is full."

I think KJ might be onto something here as I too recently purchased something from Sears and was told by the men who delivered the item that I would receive a call in a few days to rate their service since they were a 3rd party contracted by Sears to deliver merchandise. I do not believe this is a scam, but their follow up call.

I got a call this morning from this number.  And looked it up here and found Oh its SEARS!!!!   Why they have this phone service is beyond me.  They have a survey number right on the reciept.  If I wanted to leave feed back, I would call the number.  I got a freezer and the shelf was bent.  They told me they would mail me another one in 30 days what up with that???  Come on people you think they would try a little harder as people are shopping more and more at walmart, Homedepot and lowes.

Sears Sucks!

YEP!!  Thanks people!!  It's from Sears.  I even answered, call SAID it was connected, but noone was there!

They have called 5 times each time I reject the call thinking they will leave me alonebut they are very aggressive and refuse to stop calling. I received 3 calls with in an hour.

After reading over other responses posted here about this number, I'd have to concur that is in fact Sears calling. Had appliance repair work here (outside Boston) last week. According to caller ID's, they have called at least 4 times in the last three days, never leaving a message. Are you reading this SEARS? There is an elderly 90 year old woman who has almost tripped and fallen while trying to answer your phone calls. Please, check with customers FIRST about following up with telephone surveys. If not, we'll take business elsewhere.

They called at 4:00 and 9:00 PM. Hung up when you answered no message.  We also made a purchase from Sears.
