Yes, this is Sears.  If you just had a visit, they follow-up with a survey.  The guys who come out to do the work live and die by these surveys and if they did a good job for you, it would help them greatly.  I agree, the system should leave a message.

If you have a mobile BB install "Mr Number Call Block" and the problem is solved. With this app you can block an entire area code, even an entire country.

I keep getting annoying calls from this number, It is Chicago, pls put them on a do not call me list.

I, also, had a repair from Sears in the past week and just now received the same type of call. Since I didn't recognize the number, I did not pick up.  There was no message.  The service I received was excellent, but I really resent this unidentified intrusion.  For goodness sake, I was already asked to rate the service on the repairman's laptop!

After several days of hang-ups, an automated message was left on my voicemail, identifying the caller as Sears with a follow-up survey for my recent service call. They left an online address & requested my assistance.  Thinking that they might have a comments section, I did go there.  The survey is only about 5 questions, ridiculously general, but I was right --- there is a nice, large space for additional comments.  I suggested they check out all the online sites with people angry about their calls.  I've done something constructive toward lessening this problem while not harming my technician who did provide excellent service.

Glad I found this site.  We just had Sears deliver a new dryer and fridge 3 days ago.  

This number has called my cell phone 3 times in the last 2 days without leaving a message.  If it's a robo-call, then obviously it's going to keep calling until I answer, but why not at least leave a message to let me know WTF is going on?  I called back the # and it only says "the mailbox is full" and you can't take a survey or leave a message.

I'll gladly take a survey, as I think the delivery people depend on this for performance reviews.  And if the service was poor, I think Sears would want to improve it.  The only thing they got going for themselves right now is Craftsman, Kenmore, and their service.

IT is Sears....They just came out and did service to an appliance...They follow up with a survey...Nothing serious, just making sure they did a good job.

Yes, this is Sears. I got over 7 calls! No messages. One of the times I answered and it automatically hung up. Pointless.

Had Sears out as well. Like many others on here, I wish I had known it was them so I could comment on their crappy customer service.

makes sense that this a call from Sears Survey as I had a delivery from them yesterday.

I kept getting a call from this number, so I did a reverse look-up. It said that the People found using this number were Gerardo Diaz and Sandy Jones. Anyway, after reading all the above replies, I realized that I had brought a vacuum cleaner in to Sears to be repaired two weeks ago. Like many of the previous responses, I too would gladly take the survey if I knew who was calling. Unfortunately for Sears, because they were so secretive in their request, I will simply block the call from my phone. Too bad for them.

I have received two calls from this evening at about 6 and 7 p.m.  They don't leave a message and when I call back, recording says voice mail is full.

Yes I believe it is Sears survey for an appliance I had installed I think Sears used an outside company to install this appliance so someone is waiting for a good review to get a bonus or renew a contract. My appliance was installed last week.. They call and do not leave a message

Just got a dishwasher installed from Sears. Have gotten 5 calls today with no message left.  Extremely annoying that no message is left.

I find it interesting to get a pre-survey call that asked if I was happy with the delivery (we were) and
if surveyed, would we give a high rating?

Yea, Sears service call yesterday.  Had they had Sears on the caller ID I would have answered.  I liked the guy & he was great.  Since Sears wants to remain anonymous, they will never know :)
