I HAVE A SOLUTION
I called them back and left a message saying I was a "Tom Peters" (not my real name) and basically told them off and insulted them to a high degree. I may have actually threatened them with violence. They called me back and asked for me (my real name). I told them "This is Tom Peters" and they said "I'm sorry, we must have the wrong number". As a result they took me off their list. No more calls! All you have to do is insult them under a false name.

im getting calls from this # like 4-5 times a day it is realy annoying.someting cant be done about this or what?

i got a call then i called back and it said leave a message tnen the next day a lady called me back but the phone hung up its starting to get annowinyg

Called me 4 times today.  i didnt pick up. Doesn't leave a message.  Want it to Stop!!!!

If you have registered with the national do not call registry, you can report the number(s) to them. Other than that your phone company can't help. I just got off the phone with bellsouth and the agent said "there's no way to block an out of state number, it has to be in-state to block". good luck. https://www.donotcall.gov

I have had the same issue with these numbers, either 315-207-4761 will call or the 800-793-0282, when i answer the call is ended. I am receiving several of these calls per day.

they kept calling me so i answered this time and they asked for me, then i said I didnt request any info from college finder.com but then she read me my email address. and i told her i was not interested. so weird.

this number keeps calling my 14 year old son's cel...so annoying.

I have filed a complaint with donotcall.gov EVERY TIME I get a call..........

Received a call.  Bluntly asked what program I was interested in.  I said I had no idea what they were talking about and they hung up.

I get a call from this number at least several times a day.  Who ever calls they never leave a message.  I don't answer the phone as I don't know how the number belongs to.  How do I go about blocking this number?

same here, I keep receiving this call and i told them to stop calling me.
I told them to remove my number from their list.

I get this phone number calling me 2-3 times a day starting at 9 in the morning. I read the other posts and I have not signed up for anything recently. The calls started about a week ago, and the answer-they hang up situation happends to me. No one has ever spoken, and I call back and leave a nasty message each time. I am already in college, I do not need a fake degree or for someone to steal my identity. I am not sure who to report them to.

Spam/fraud. Hangs up when you answer. Calls several times a day.

Called 6 times since yesterday

We keep getting calls from this number. They ask for my son by name. And say that he has requested information on education advancement. He has not. they won't talk to anyone else but him. if you try to call it back it says the number has been disconnected.

I have gotten 5 calls today from 2 different #s (3 of them from the 315-207-4761#)  One was a man calling the other a woman calling- When I say Lee is not there - they hang up - but call again!

we have the same problem as everyone else. there is a call and when you answer they hang up, my wife called the number back at nine oclock they said you have reached customer service please leave name and number and they would get back as soon as possible, needless to say we did not leave a message. the number was 315-207-4761.  I googled the number and found thruogh several sights that the number has shown up a lot and no one seams to be able to trace the number. I agree with the previous person about reporting it to your phone company. Also I just started recently using craigs list to search for items I wanted. Anyone else doing that?
