and if they call you on a cell phone this most likely includes your SS#
Be scared some one really droped the ball on this one.
Alot of info was either sold or hacked the phone company that owns the lines that provide these guys service is illuminet.
This is more serious then most think it is please dont taake it lightly and dont call them back.
Contact the FCC/FBI ect, they have more info then it takes to steal your identity.

Also illuminet is owned by verisign a company that makes money by protecting identitys.

hey i keep getting a phone call from that number but lucky my dad is a police officer so he said he's going to look up the number today at work and see who it is so as soon as i know something ill let u now who it is

I got a call from this # at 12:35pm, said "Hello," the rep was talking to one of his co-workers, I called back and was asked to leave a message. The message I left was for the reps to be more professional when calling the house and ask for whom they want to speak to and not to hang up on me, I understand these people have a job to do but when you're calling the house of consumers, please be more professional, is all that I ask.

so far ive gotten two calls from this number. i haven't answered any of it but the funny thing is they wont leave a voicemail. i tried text messaging but no reply i guess its not a cellphone

on a new phone number, this has been linked to filling out surveys and/or filling out a form to get paid to click. Think back over the last few days... where have you filled in your number?

when i call back to see who it was, i hear "thank you for calling our customer service number"
weird.

I've gotten a dozen calls from whatever this place is over the past week, asking for "Andrew" (no Andrew here).  Today I finally said, remove us from your list, no Andrew lives here.  She said she couldn't do that until she talked to Andrew!  I said remove me or I'd report her company.  She said she'd continue calling until she talked to Andrew.

I'm having my husband answer next time, say he's Andrew, and tell her to go f*** herself.  But doing a complaint to the Trade/Consumer Protection Department.

Attempted to sign up for something off a link on facebook the other day thats the only time i remember putting down my phone number...they call me at least twice a day usually while im at school, anyone know how to stop it?

you know this 315# is registered to a Verizon carrier and is in Oswego, NY. i got three calls from them but never answered but i did do a reverse phone lookup and thats how i got that info above

i have received 3 calls from this number during school. I never answered since it was a long distance number (my cell phone told me it was from New York). later when i got home i did a reverse phone lookup and it is registered to a Verizon carrier in Oswego, NY. I did not pay the fee to see the name but it apparently is not a business number but is in a residential area.

Play their game if you can.... Don't let it get to you too much...

Call them back & screw with them... If someone tries to sell you something? SELL THEM SOMETHING! They want to talk to "Alex" >> Tell them Alex is standing right next to you / you have Alex's foot in your hand and that you're about ready to stick Alex's said foot right up their ass! Take 15 minutes out of your day right then and there & waste their time... Leave a nice long message that's just music or talk radio coming out of a speaker. If it's a real person that answers, just don't say anything until they hang up... Call right back & back again >> & just hang up or sit there...

Keep doing this repeated action & I assure you, they will remove you from the call list... AND THEY WON'T FORWARD THE NUMBER TO SOME OTHER PUNK...

I'm getting them too. Worst part is that your cell phone company is charging you when you answer them!! I just hit the ignore button now that I know what it is for. And as for the rest of you...no clue as well on how they got my number. Looks like we're all on the same list.
