Missed a call from unknown number (315-207-4761)

i get about 4 calls per day from this number and 2 other ones.  I answered the call from this number and some girl told me they were calling because i requested some information about schools.  I told them i wasnt interested and she just hung up on me.

keep on calling.any time of the day and also night time.

I received a call from this # as well.  Dont know who it is.  I'm reading some of the comments on here and it sounds creepy.

Have been getting calls from this number for a couple of days now.  I finally got rude with them and the lady had the nerve to tell me to watch my tone.  I told them I was going to report them to the FCC and actually did.  Got a call this morning from them, but didn't answer.  Will see if they stop.  Said I had requested college info., but I already have a college degree.  I suggest everyone send an e-mail to fccinfo@fcc.gov.  That is what I did and hopefully they will stop this!

I keep receiving calls from this number and then an instant hangup as soon as I pick up. I find it very annoying!!!

They call me every day, up to 4 times a day, and when I call back it is just a recorded voice mail. If I answer, they hang up.

I have received phone calls Wednesday at 7 30 pm, Thursday at 9:30 am, 12:40 pm, 4:00 pm, Friday at 1 :40 pm.  I called back Friday at 6:00 pm, and got a message saying it was customer service and to leave a name and phone number for someone to get back to me.  I live in Illinois.  I'd appreciate it if this would stop.

FWIW - I called Verizon Wireless about this and they said they can't do anything to block the calls (they can, however, block text messages).  My options are to change my cell # and/or contact local authorities.

I have gotten NUMEROUS calls all day today.  go to the donotcall.gov website and fill out the "file a complaint" form.  Lets shut these idiots down.  Evertime I answer, all i hear is people laughing and talking.

Called asking me my information about my application for financial assistance and when I started asking questions instead of giving out my information they hung up

This is seriously the creepiest thing ever! I got a call from them this morning but didn't answer. I called back and it says this number doesn't work, but if i'm the administrator, press 1. What is their problem? Why do they call people just to hang up? And why are they rude, why do they hang up in the middle of conversation. This is just the weirdest thing i've ever heard of.
