You all really have no clue how the do not call list works. Cell phones CAN be placed on it. It only stops unsolicited phone calls being made only to you. If it's an electronic dialer, or your number has been given to the caller, it overrides being on the do not call list.

Of course, if it's a scammer, you can throw the laws out the window.

Called me today..woke me up this am..I said F..U...hung up.

I received a call from this number on 1/3/17. Now that I have downloaded an app to block robocalls it says his name is Kevin Casanova, as Vasimo report explains.  That's crazy !
