Just received a call from that number. Didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it. Right away I Googled the number and found this site. Thank you for the info! I appreciate it very much!

Received a call from 315 368 4025 on 16 Jan 2017, unwanted.  Answered the call, no voice, no contact, nothing.

Very good point:   The worst part is their bot-message says "Press nine to be put on our do not call list".  There's already one they're required to check before they call me... Why would being on their own list be any better?

Yeah... Robo-call about a student loan reduction scam, or some such. My student loans have been paid off for about 35 years.

They called, I tried to answer and it went to missed calls.  I tried to call back and it just dropped it instantly.

called 6:37am. Didn't pick up and now I've blocked.

this company keeps calling and calling and leaving voice mail messages.  They call at all times of the day and night

Robo call. Left message but it was cut off and couldn't understand what it was 'selling.'

Recorded message about "my student loan has been select for a great refinance offer" - UH - I have never had a student loan in my life - I did it the hard way and WORKED my way through school.  Blocked

Just received, left VM:
"To receive a rate and payment reduction of up to 40% as part of the new government student debt relief program released by President Obama on December 12th 2013 press 1 to be connected to a live operator to take advantage of this new program or press 5 to decline this offer?"

Someone called from this number.  I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.  I don't know anyone with a NY phone number.
