- Kit- updateThis is being spoofed by scammers. BOA has nothing suspicious on our account- I checked online & I called them via phone number on my card.
- Caller: scammer!
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- KyleDefinitely a spoofed number scam call. I don't use BoA, and the partial voice mail it left simply ended with one word which is common for these scam calls.

- NoBOA replies to StarLionScam caller. Ignore the statements about this being a “legit” BoA call. If you have any doubt I recommend do not call this number. Call the 800 Bank of America number and get connect to Fraud via their secure internal communication!!
- Gilligan| 1 replyCalled my cellphone on 7/1/2019 at 2:40 pm and CID displayed Utica NY 315-724-4022 and no VM was left. Since no message was left, the call wasn't important. I don't know anyone who resides in Utica NY. Another number added to my block list.

- BoopHad call from this number. Showed Bank of America as caller. Called their customer service number and apparently this is a fraud attempt.
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- SpamhaterTHIS NUMBER IS PROBABLY SPOOFED, meaning, the scammers input "BANK OF AMERICA" as the caller ID and have this number listed as the outbound call number when it is not. THIS IS NOT LEGITIMATE. They called my house with a banking scam and WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNT. We do not have any Bank of America credit cards either. No connection. SO them calling is a fake.
- Caller: BANK OF AMERICA
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Just some guyThis number just called me 8/16/19, 10:48am. Everyone says its a legit BOA number, but I've never banked with BOA, never had any credit cards, debit cards, or any other association with BOA (I bank with my company credit union ONLY). They didn't leave a voicemail, but after reading the replies here, I have a feeling some calls are legit, but others are being spoofed by scammers, using the legit BOA number to fraudulently hide their real number and trying to scam unsuspecting customers. I would be wary regardless.
- RLMApparently they have a new scam. My Microsoft account will be terminated because it has been compromised. They said they need to change my ip address immediately to resolve the issue. I had heard about Ransom ware being rampant so I decided to check the phone number.
- Caller: "Microsoft"
- Call type: Unwanted
