Been getting calls from this number yesterday and ALL DAY TODAY!  When I answer, no response and they never leave a message.

Been receiving calls from this number multiple times per night during the week.

Multiple calls last night and tonight.  We haven't answered it because it comes up on caller ID and it's not a number we recognize.

Rec'd calls from 323-388-5832, unknown. Many other complaints on the internet. One person said her name is Nellie M. Garzona.

Got a call from this number tonight.  No one on the line so I hung up.  Hope it doesn't continue.

I know this is a bit technical, but I wanted to explain a few things...  323-388-5832 is a Google Voice phone number.  When the Google Voice phone number 323-388-5832 was setup (which is FREE), they selected the 323 area code.  Therefore the actual person using the Google Voice number 323-388-5832 could be in any state, even Hawaii, so try not to start hating on Huntington Beach, CA peeps. :o)

Best to report the abuse of the Google Voice Terms of Service (TOS) to Google.  The only way I found to report it to Google is to fill out this online form:

Yes I receive many call from the Google Voice number 323-388-5832 late at night on my Hawaii landline.  Arrrrrggg.

There are several things you can do.
#1 report it to the FTC 1877 382 4357 if you are already on the "no-call" list
#2 call the local Attorney General's office
#3 call your phone company and ask if you can block specific calls - with Oceanic Time Warner phones, one can easily do this

I also live in Hawaii.  They call me 4 to 6 time a day, but never left a
message.  I have them blocked, but they still call.

I heard its a gay law firm.  They try to have you marry gay people.  His name is Anson whitfield, Esq.

This is weird...I just moved from HI to CO last month, and started receiving calls from this number on 17 July, and am experiencing everything described in the other posts.  Glad to know I'm not the only one, but so frustrated and confused why/how this person is targeting people from the 808 state.

This number has called me multiple times every day since 7/16/13!!! When I answer the call, no one is on the other line. They never leave a message. Ive called the number back and only received a voicemail that states, 'the google voice customer you have dial is currently unavailable, please leave a message.' Ive left numerous messages asking them to stop calling me, but in turn have received MORE calls. Ive reported them to the FTC and tried with no avail to file a complaint against them with Google Voice.

Got multiple calls from this number.  I called it back and it went to a google number.

I'm in Hawaii; 4x tonight; no message; they called several times a day for the last week or so.  This is the most in one evening so far.  Haven't answered any of them.

I've been receiving calls from this number about 4 times a day since 7/17/2013 between 3pm and 9pm.  Reverse lookup shows that it is a VoIP number in California.  Caller never leaves a message.  It appears that someone is auto-dialing a bunch of Hawaii numbers as a prank.

I am in Hawaii too.  I have TimeWarnerCable for telephone service.  I used my Call Block feature so that I will never receive another call from THAT number.  Wish I thought of it 2 weeks ago, when I first started receiving calls from that number...

Robo-caller called us in Maryland once tonight.  I saw the LA area code and didn't bother picking up, and the call went to my answering machine.   The recording was an auto-poll asking to what degree I support the "Honolulu Rail Transit Project."   I guess I'd have to say they're barking up the wrong tree.

This number just called at 1:40 pm Hawaii time.  I live on K-Bay, but have a Pensacola number.  How they got that number, I have NO idea.  same story though...phone rings and no one is there and they don't leave a message.
