Caller ID said, simply, "Out of Area".  As this was the fourth call in as many days, I answered intending to make somebody's life a lot less pleasant.  Turned out to be a recorded political survey asking about education issues in California.  Nobody to yell at and not a violation of the DNC list...just junk.

This is a [***] call.  Block it immediately.

Received calls from this number >6 times on Sunday and Monday 3-30-14 and 3-31-14.  No messages left and no identification other than this number showing on my caller ID.

called twice, one minute apart... thank HEAVENS for '800 Notes'!

Scammers are blitzing today.  Got seven calls.  Two were blocked, and five were new numbers (to me) like this one.

Called my landline this evening.  Did not leave a message.  I'm in California.

Called more than once tonight.  Didn't leave a message and since I screen my calls and don't pick up what I don't recognize, I have no idea what kind of call it might have been.

yep, blocked by Nomorobo. Since I have a digitone blocker, too, never heard it ring, just later saw it later on the list.

3Calls On Monday, 3Calls On Tuesday, 1Call On Thursday...Messages Were Left With No Voice Just Air sound. Telemarketers Would At Least Identify Themselves And Leave A Message With The Purpose Of The Call. I'm Annoyed By Now. One More Call Without Real Purpose And I'm Blocking Them.
Don't Answer Calls That You Don't Recognize. Let Them Go To Voicemail....Yes, Screen Your Calls!

Called several times a day for several days. Left no message. Caller ID shows "Out of area caller". VERY annoying.

Robo-Doll asking if I was going to vote in this November's California Election. I'm not going to give a robo-doll any kind of answers, period!

Also got a phone call from this number 323-388-5832 which I don't recognize at all. Tried to give it a call but only an automated response saying that the party that I am trying to contact is not available. So I went to Internet to google this number, and lo and behold, it has been annoying several landlines too!!

Called but left no message

Answered the call about an hour ago (6:00 pm). It was a robo survey about upcoming election. How likely was I to vote and other choices 1, 2, 3,4. I pressed 1 because I am likely to vote. The message started from the beginning. Again I pressed 1. The message started from the beginning. I hung up.

Political call wondering if you will vote in upcoming ballot - press 1 through 4 - 4 being will definitely not vote.

I did call back too and recording identifies it as a GOOGLE number?
