Survey call about the rail project on Oahu.

So FRUSTRATED!!! Been getting calls from this number all hours of the day and night. No voice or message - just dead air. If this person is crank calling as indicated in previous posts.... he's probably getting off on reading this website. If that is the case, how pathetic that is ... so sad that he doesn't have anything better to do.

They have been calling our home landline around 7 PM (we are in hawaii).  Never a hang up - when you say "Hello?" an automated voice will say that it is a survey about the rail project - and to push 1 if you strongly agree, 2 if you agree, etc. etc.  There is no way to opt out?  So tired of them.  How can we block numbers - if we have Oceanic Time Warner?  Someone please let us know.

It is interesting this number is hitting Hawaii people.  I have never answered it, but I get calls about 3-4 in a row every night for the past couple of days.

Just wanted to thank you for your advice, we too have Time Warner Cable phone service, but I never thought about the Call Block feature.   I have it blocked, and will do so for some others that seem to slip through the "do not call" list.

Maybe it's everyone w/oceanic time Warner? Perhaps someone from the company sold a numbers list to someone.  I pay the fees to have my number unlisted.  Just guessing.

Received 3 calls today from this phone number. On the third call I decided to pick it up. No answer and no phone messages.  So irritating!  This is what our Honolulu tax money is being wasted on? A terrible misuse of funds, again!

This number has been calling me for 2 weeks.  Received 4 calls tonight...can't block via Hawaiian Tel because it's a Google line.  Blocked on my phone but my phone still rings once. So irritating.  I'm calling Hawaiian Tel's nuisance line to report it.

Phone number listed 3 times late afternoon and evening on call log.  Once on 7/22/13.  Once on 7/17/13.  Calls are increasing from Los Angeles number.  No message left.

Still rings after blocking using *77.  Went online to block.

Go to Oceanic's Digital Phone site and type in the phone number on blocking calls.

For the past several days from 6pm to 10pm they call 4 - 5 times with no message.
Anyone know how to stop this strange auto calling?

I have Hawaiiantel as my phone carrier and tried to block this number. Even after turning the feature on, this number cannot be blocked... Just to let out my anger, I finally started calling the number over and over again and shouting STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP

Getting 3-4 calls daily from this number. No one on the line when I did pick up. If you call back it goes to voicemail. How the heck can you stop this. So irritating.

Three calls made to my home number on Tuesday evening between about 8 pm and 10 pm.  No messages.  I am in the Do Not Call Registry.
