Just got a call today. I answered b/c of the name that appeared on the caller id. It was a lady and she asked for me and I told them I wasn't there and wouldn't be there for a couple of more days.  She wouldn't leave a message, she said she would just call back in a couple of days. Wish I could find company name and website, I would request to be taken off list.  I have done this with other companies that seem to like to call me and so far it has worked.

336-714-5762 from "Chris Pearson". Female identified herself as a "black-African-American" and said she was campaigning for Jesse Jackson.

She asked my name. I laughed and told her "Jesse's not running for office, he's in Louisiana getting his picture in the news again", then I hung up.

Started getting calls from this number yesterday.  Same name as the school photographer my preschool uses so I kept trying to answer it, no one is there when I do...looked up phone number for photographer and found this site.  Nice.

I received a call from this number at 6:36pm est on my cell phone. I wasn't near my phone at the time to answer it though.  After reading some other reports here it made me think about the last couple of times I made some purchases at Lowes.  Lowes has asked for my phone number a few times recently. If these people are claiming that they are from Lowes I wonder if Lowes may have sold my phone number?

Just received another call from this number at 8:39pm est. It was a lady who said she was Chris Pearson and was conducting a consumer survey about products that I may have recently purchased. She then proceeded to try and verify my age by listing all of these age catergories. I cut her off in the middle of that and told her that i didn't want to take her survey. She thanked me and hung up. I guess we'll see if she calls again.

man i just had a missed call from this number, im in california anyway i've never had a telemarketer call my cell phone before EVER! I hope this isnt just the beginning...this upsets me!

Called asking for Cliff Johnson...Told her no Cliff Johnson here (my husbands name also starts w/a C but not Cliff and was NOT going to even bother w/her (anyway her sorry self called in the middle of the GOP debates gggrrrr.. right when my Ron Paul was talking)

I love this site. I ALWAYS look up unknown numbers here so I know if I should be wasting my time

Not a big deal.  They asked me to take a consumer product survey.  What the heck?...I did it.  Now they won't call again and I don't get all bent out of shape.  If you folks want them to stop calling you, just pick up the phone and tell them instead of having a heart attack every time they call.  Or maybe you all like to get pissed off.

Got home from work and saw I got a call from Chris Pearson at about 8:36 pm. I don't know a Chris Pearson, so I googled it. I found this site and I'm glad I did. The number that shows up is 336-714-5762.

The 336-714-5762 Chris Pearson number has beeen on the caller I.D. several times the past week.Live in Tennessee about 5 hours from where the calls are routed from in N.C. I think I will drive there with guns in rack.LOL

my mother got one asking for me at her home. she told the girl I don't live there anymore.

I Google'd the number, which directed me back to this site. I had my voicemail disconnected (unfortunately, I receive a lot of cold calls like this for some reason, and I became fed up w/ their nonsense messages). When I called back, I received this message (in a Southern woman's voice): "Hello, and thank you for calling. We are an opinion survey and polling organization supporting some of our country's most popular companies and qualified candidates. We are not a telemarketing organization, and do not attempt to sell or solicicate your information to consumers. We appreciate your cooperation, and remember, your opinoion counts. thank you again.

[***] my opinion counts. I have already received two calls from these folks this week (at two DIFFERENT numbers, mind you.) In my opinion, they need to STOP. But they don't. So why does their message even bother to tell me that my opinion counts?!

This number, as well as another one from North Carolina, has been calling my cell phone for the last 3 weeks at least once or twice a day.  Today it was three times.  The first time they called, there was a voicemail, but it sounded like soft rock or "Muzak" that played for about a minute.

Looks like it's time to change my cell number...

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from the number, 336-714-5762, at all hours and days. I call it back, it says it is some political info not a telemarketer. I have no idea how they get cell phone numbers, but I would like to know how to get them to stop calling. I am on the do not call list, but it seems, I received more when I signed up for that.

A woman said she had the wrong number and hung up the phone.

Didn't answer. Googled the number and found this site.

Got a phone call from this number on Saturday Nov. 10th  about 9:45 am I wasnt home but the kids answered the phone.  So I googled the number and came up with this site and numerous of others. I am also on the do not call list and this person better hope to god that I am not the one that answers the phone when and if they call again, trust me they will get a piece of my mind. I am glad I have done some research so I have some general knowlege of whats going on. Too bad people dont have better ways to spend their free time, like with family and friends and not harrassing other innocent victims and trying to get personal information. Thats how ID fraud comes in to play. [***] no good [***]!

Someone called from what appeared to be an individual "Chris Pearson" but it was very apparent it was a business call.  I said the individual they were calling wasn't available and asked to take a message. They refused and hung up.  It appeared to be some kind of marketing or sales scheme using an individual's name on the Caller ID
