The company is Bellomy Research INC of Winston Salem NC. Their use of the false name Chris Pearson is misleading and wrong.

Call them and ask for their President Scott Layne to complain at their 800 number: 800-443-7344

I got a voicemail& call from this number some time between 8:45-9:45 pm and all I had was freakin hold music.  I called the company and they are a Survey Company who does surveys for all sorts of stuff including "Smoking Panels" or call in regards to free coupons that were sent to you for smoking products.  So this might help narrow down who this place is.

Chris Pearson, (336) 714-5762, called a few times recently.  Fist call was a heavy middle-Eastern accent asking if I wanted to take a "fun survey about the movies".  I humored him, but it was tough because his first question asked me to verify my address.  I said "what address do you have?  I'll tell you if it's correct".  He couldn't give me that, so I figured it was most likely a scam to get your credit info.
The second time he called, different guy, only he was calling to verify my credit card mailing address.  Nope, click.  I have filed a complaint.  F*ck you Chris Pearson.  What a lame made-up name.

The lady that called me from this number, after I asked HOW they got my number, it was in fact from ME!

About 2 years ago, I used to go to bars and sign up for free Camel cigarettes in turn for letting them scan my ID, and giving them my number.

A Survey call follows months later that takes like 5-10 minutes depending on your answers and such, all about tobacco products.

That's my experience with this number.

Got the same call as all of you did. Two times with-in a few hours. On Sunday, Come on! I sent an E-mail to the link for the survey site, told them to remove me from their calling list. I don't do surveys for free. LOL.
Almost called the number back, until I seen these postings.

I am so sick of these mother #$%^&*( calling several times a day EVERY day and do not even leave a message.  I come home and have several missed calls and it's always the same a$$holes.  The US Government doesn't do $hit about it.  I think the DNC is a joke and just a way for all of these telemarketers, etc to get your numbers.  I never got calls like this on my cell phone UNTIL I registered with the DNC...hmmm, you think your numbers are safe...think again....

This psycho calls all the time...I just stopped answering, I've reported it to the DNCR and apparently it has not helped.

My caller ID said Chris Pearson, did not come in my main 3, a roll over line, so I didn't answer as it is always sales

This is so annoying, I am being charged for this call, I do not use this phone other than emergancy calls! I wish they would respect myself and others. 8:33 p.m.

We get a call from this number at least 3 times a day, weekends and weekdays.  It is EXTREMELY annoying, and we would like to be taken off the list!

got a call from this number caller id said Chris Pearson - they introduced themselves as Bellomy research - I agreed to partake in the 15 minute survey - was a little nervous but it was in a public place so I gave it a shot - Everything turned out FINE and made 40 bucks for 15 minutes - they are a legitimate survey company - was glad I answered the call.

Man, these [***] people call my cell phone every day at about 5:30.  If I don't answer, I get a call back about an hour later.  When I do answer, no one responds to me.  When I call back, I get disconnected.  WHAT THE [***]?

This particular number keeps calling and then would hang up within 5 seconds.... I don't know how to block it!

Lovely, if you work for them as you claim to, please explain why none of your callers obey our requests to be removed from your calling lists!  That is against the DNC rules, and if you're making these calls you should know that!
