Banks are nothing but thieves, stealing peoples homes and taking their life savings, while they turn around and give them away to illegals.

The caller wanted to talk to the person at our small business who deals the most with our local bank branch.  They didn't want to leave a message--said they'd just call back later. Caller ID said "MSR Group."

Called multiple times in an hours time and hung up when I answered. Finally when they answered identified themselves as the MSR Group and wanted to do a short survey on a subject that I was inappropriate for. Told them NO for the survey and told them to take me off their call list since they had called multiple times in less that an hour and hung up on me so my opinion must not be important. We will wait and see if they honor my request to be taken off of their call list.

I treat all this kind of call The same way as all calls. I I look at the caller I.D. and if there is none or I don't recognize it, then I don't answer and then I try to identify it here on this website just to see if I can. As for debt collectors I have one bad experience trying to deal with one that would not give up calling and leaving threatening messages all though they were just on a fishing expedition and I was not who they were looking for. I did learn via internet that they were notorious for this and had actually frightened a senior citizen in another state into sending them money she did not owe and that this ended in that state bringing a law suit against the collection company and winning it. I contacted the Attorney General in my State  and to make a long story short they were forced to terminate the calls.

Legit survey call. Mine was regarding advertising both heard or seen for Efficiency Vermont.

I would not call this a legit call.  They call every night at 8:30 and yet refuse to leave a message.  If they were legit they would call during business hours and would leave a message.  This is a robo-call scam if it is anything.

Number has called several times. Caller ID says MSR Group. I haven’t answered, but they stay on line long enough to trigger voicemail, but never leave a message.

No message left but like the other comments, it says MSR Group. I don't do business with BBVA and don't write checks.

Caller ID shows MSR GROUP. It's a market research group based in Omaha, Nebraska, doing surveys on businesses you patronize. I never answer unknowns. That's why I have voicemail on my cell phone AND my landline. They have called me multiple times over the last few months. They have never left a message and I have never answered their calls. I feel like if they can't be decent enough to leave a message, I don't have to be decent enough to answer their calls OR call them back. I pay my phone bills for MY convenience, not someone else's. If they ever start to pay my phone bills, I might reconsider answering their calls!

While our clients value the opinions of its customers, your participation is voluntary. MSR Group is a member of the council for marketing & opinion Research, American Marketing Association and the Insights Association.

Call came in on Land Line - Caller ID shows call to be from MSR GROUP - didn't answer - they left no message.

02-18-2019, Mon.  Fourth SCAM call today.  They have called before under a different phone number. Didn't answer - message machine off - phone rang 4 x's and they hung up. Caller ID showed party to be MSR.

Caller ID on Land Line shows party to be MSR Group.  Answering Machine is turned off.  Did not answer phone. Tired of the Scam calls.

2/20/19  date of latest call.

Called our business. CID states "MSR Group". I did not answer the call as I was on the other line and they did not leave a message.

This number has called my home a few times. I have never answered as the caller ID says Spam...and then the number.

Called.  Rang four or five times.   I don’t answer call from unknown numbers or companies.    Doing research I found these are SCAMMERS.  They should all be hung at sunset like cattle thieved

Called at 8:39 PM on Jan 2, 2020 from MSR Group, did not answer as i do not answer numbers I do not recognize. Message light was on but no message was left. To me that is harassment.

This number has apparently been used by different scammers over the years. This time I didn’t answer and they didn’t leave a message.

Told the lady i didn't do surveys and hung up.
