Your phone does not even ring notifying these scum bags are calling, it just blocks them,
App also blocks SMS.

Get numerous calls --leave no message.  No one there when I answer.

It was Compass Bank wanting me to rate the level of service from them.

I put my phone on silent for the night. I'm not expecting any calls and this will guarantee no more mischief.

402-718-8836 called me at 9:45 p.m.. I do not want to be bothered this late. Bill in another post said it was a survey group. Sorry, I STILL am not interested.

I am not expecting any other calls this eve so I put it on vibrate. Sometimes a crank call from one source, seems to generate more from another number.

I do not answer calls from numbers (or private/restricted/etc) I do not recognize.

Not picking up or allowing these numbers to go to voice mail will serve people well in limiting the amount of time they have to spend dealing with these pests.

i have been getting calls from this number several times a day!!! (8-15). its really annoying!!! I feel that evertime i tell them im on a do not call list their answer is the same crap. this needs to stop harrassing me and leave me alone or i will press charges.

got two calls from this number and they hang up without leaving a message- annoying.

They called me for a survey having to do with my most recent bank visit. Funny thing is, i havent been to the bank in weeks.

Received a call at 9:42 pm... I thought they couldn't call that late.  

They called my cell phone number...
Obviously since I did not recognize the number I did not answer

Just got a call from the above number. Didn't answer and they left no message. I don't know anyone from Omaha.

Got a call from this number (402-718-8836) 7 days ago.  They said they were calling about a bank that I dealt with and wanted to do a brief survey.  When I asked which bank, they said one that I'd never heard of.  I told them I didn't know what they were talking about and wasn't interested in their survey.  Then I hung up.  Two nights ago, I got another call from this same number.  By the time I got to my phone, they had hung up...no message.  Tonight I got a 3rd call from them.  When I answered, I got the same speech as the 1st time and, again, they mentioned a bank I've never heard of and have never done business with.  This time I told the guy that this was the 3rd call I've gotten from them, have never heard of the bank they are talking about and don't want to be bothered again.  He assured me he'd take my number off their list.  I now have the number in my cell phone address book as "SPAM BANK CALL" so I'll recognize them if they call again.  

I received a phone call from 402-718-8836 it is a call from a survey company and i did answer it it didnt even take me 3 mins, they asked me about my experience that i recently had with Huntington Bank near me. It is a legit survey group.

recieved several calls about once a week, mid morning.  Do not answer un solicited and unknown numbers.  No message left.

Its The MSR group a legitimate research company doing surveysmainly on behalf of banks. I worked there.  They will NEVER ASK for your personal information, acct info, etc they just want your opinion.  If they do, that employee is doing something wrong & you should ask for supervisor. ANSWER THE PHONE and tell them your not interested if that's the case otherwise they will continue to call back assuming you weren't home at time of previous calls. If you are hung up on by employee, report to company as they take very seriously.
