I am glad that I saw a comment above about the call coming from a survey group for Huntington Bank.  That makes sense.  Now I know not to answer.  It used to annoy me to no end when I would get these types of calls after I made a transaction at Chase.  I mean, seriously, if they thinks this is good customer service, they need to think again.  This is plain harassment.  I went to a teller last week.  I could not tell you how the service was from a week ago, nor do I want to waste my time.

Received a robocall from this number at 9:45pm! Only answered because of the time - Thought it might have been from a family member who was ill. Was VERY annoyed to find out that it was a robocall advertising something - Didn't stay on the line long enough to find out what they were trying to sell.

I received a call from this group regarding my local bank. Call started out as a survey but quickly changed to purchase of credit card insurance. I have never heard of purchasing extra credit card insurance and told the person that I was not interested. He said that he would send some brochures to my home  but never asked my address. We are on the DNC list, what gives?

Nuisance call, does not respond when phone is answered, does not leave message.
Want call to stop calling my phone.

Called at 9:30 pm, I thought that was totally illegal.  Left no message

This phone number isn't really about taking political survey's, or talking about banking customer satisfaction.  Please disregard those posts that make it seem harmless, these thieves do go on the internet and lie.  It is really a student loan company phishing for information so that it will be easier to pester people.  They want to know where you bank, they want to know how much you make, and pretty much everything else about you so that they can use the information against you later.

Do not know who this is so please take my cell phone number off any and all your call list. Other wise you will be reported.

Said they were from the NRS.  They say that it's a survey of different market items.  This was a non-solicited call.

You should contact you States Attorney if you feel you are unsafe.

I finally answered this number after receiving 3 calls within a one hour period. It is a company named NSR or MSR, and they were hired as a third party survey firm to ask me questions regarding my satisfaction with banking relationship with BBVA Compass and ask me how the teller treated me during my last visit. I did the 5 minute survey, it was completely benign. They didn't ask any account information or personal info, just if I was treated well, how fast the transaction went, if the location looked clean on the inside and outside, etc. Still annoying for three calls in a row, but not a solicitor for once.

got a call asking about an atm transaction for a bank in our town we don't use. My husband asked me if it was my organization i volunteer for but they don't use this bank either. He didn't hear the name of the caller just that it was a survey. They called at 8pm. Thought that was a little strange off the bat and now thinking that bank doesn't even have an atm on that street. Figured it was a phishing thing. When he was asking me questions the girl was trying to get off the line quick! I'm calling this bank and mine in am. maybe even law enforcement to inform them.

I received a call from this number today 9/20/2013 around 7:35pm the lady say she is calling on behalf of 1st source bank i asked her who she is and why she is calling this late. She seemed not wanting to tell me the i said that i dont wanna talk to her

Was having an issue with my phone so I switched to a recycled number no more then 5 mins with in switching I get harassed by whom ever these [***] are...
Tip: Never answer and hang up..just reject call.... [***] like that are hoping you answer.. then they can pin point your location..
Tip: go with cricket communications; you dont have to reveal any real info upon getting service.

Oh yea in case you think you can pin point me from a computer...my ip is roaming from a cell phone sending out 10 false locations...go [***] yourselves !
