Yet another robo-caller.  These need to stop!!!!

402-982-0422: When I finally got to talk to a person, I told him that I am on the do not call list and that I will file a complaint about his violating it. He called me a SOB and a MF idiot and hung up!

When will some telephone company or law enforcement agency do something about this type of scumbag operation?

Numerous calls from different numbers, same recording from "card services". They hang up on me if I tell them I am on the do not call list. They get angry if I try and get more information on what exactly the business is.

Caller ID said "Unknown Name".  Afraid not to answer because that's how it comes up when one of my Dr's offices calls.  No one on line when I answered "Hello" twice.  I then asked if anyone was there and said I wasn't going to keep sitting there holding the phone.  It then went dead.  Don't know if was a recording or a real person but it sure is annoying.

I am so tired of this company calling and if you wait for the prompt to opt out the voice mail is always full and cant accept your request. Then they continue to call. I am gathering names and am getting a petition for this company to be found and prosecuted for non compliance of opt out rules.
The Attorney General in Austin Tx will get the petition and I will be hoping to get as many that have been bothered by them to sign it as well.

Number keeps calling my mobile.  When I wait for a rep to answer so I can ask that my number be removed, person on the other end immediately hangs up.  This has occurred more than a dozen times.  Very frustrating!!

"Robo-calls" are illegal in the State of North Dakota. A company calling itself "Card Services" keeps calling my cellphone number, even though it IS on the Federal "Do Not Call List". Although they seem to use various phone numbers, from various area codes, they ALWAYS refer to themselves as "Card Services". When trying to explain to them that my phone is on the do not call list, they hang-up. Whenever I try to explain that the entire area code of 701 is the State of North Dakota, and that Robo-calls are illegal in this State, they hang-up. When I try to ask them a question, they hang-up. It seems to me that nobody is enforcing this do not call list. I'm getting very tired of being harrassed by this, so-called, company. Oh, and if you try calling THEM back, the numbers are always busy, or "not accepting calls".

Now they have pulled alot of cell phones and they are a BIG SCAM.  It says if you hit 3 your will be taken off the list.  But they will just call from a different number tomorrow!!!!

Gave him my "card numbers" 5 times,switching  numbers randomly,only after 5th time he truer to access my card he hanged up))). I bet he was pissed.such a nerve these guys have.they want your name,SS#,credit card #,3 digit security number off the back of the card.
Well,I had a great time playing him,while watching "Breaking Bad"

I am sick of these SCAMMERS. What a great idea. I changed the ring profile for the number to silent, but actually I know they use different numbers so this might be a never ending effort in futility.

Called my cell phone...Im on the no call list... woman named Daniel claimed she was from Visa/MC central, had control over all visa cards.. started to ask CC amounts, very suspious, I asked how she got my info, etc... finally she asked for my credit card number and I ended the call. VERY aggressive, got angry with ME when I asked questions.... I would think this slick operation manages to get to a few people and it should be shut down NOW..... thanks
