I just called my bank to file a claim against this company that charged me $390. My bank said this company had all the info they needed to authorize the transaction. The bank is investigating now.

i just found out this morning this company has charged my debit card contacted bank cancelled card, gone to fraud department now, cant get through to company been trying all morning

I discovered charges of $18.25 on my Visa Debit, so I called the number and talked to Patricia, who said she had refunded my account and gave me a confirmation number.  She said they were a stock photo company and most of the fraud came from people who downloaded their product.  I had to give her the card number, but since my bank had already put a hold on it, I didn't see the problem.

Just got hit for $390 today.  Immediately Googled the charging name shown in the notice (I have my card carrier notify me of any transactions over $100).  I've notified my card carrier that this is a fraudulent charge, and sent the web page to them.

Can't the Canadians shut these guys down?  It's not like they're working out of Belarus, after all....

I just got hit with 690 on my visa, this car we use all the time when I travel and my wife caught the charge.  I have called my visa card and let them know they suggested to call the I Stock and see what I can get worked out.  I figured I would call and get a new card comming and then deal with I Stock.

wow i just found out today about charges charged to my account also. I just found this forum omg. I have alot of info on this and my local police department along with my bank are investigating.

I got 4 CHARGES FOR $1,1075 EACH!!!!!!!!!! A couple already went through!! Good think my bank caught them right away and blocked my card and the transactions, although a few already went through. I filed a fraud affadavit and will get the money recredited, but I still have to go through the hassle of having no debit card for a few days, plus knowing someone stole almost $6,000 from me. Pieces of crap.

Same here.  Dinged for 780.00.  Don't know how my card was compromised, but there are low lifers out there.  Scum.  Girl on the phone was really helpful though I had to cancel my debit card.  Might have to stop paying for stuff on the internet.

How can this many of us have complaints about the same company and fraudulent charges, and no one does anything? I got dinged for $175. Thank God AmEx caught it.

Had a $400 charge that my bank called me about that didn't go through. Just checked and a few days before they called me a $175 charge did actually go through. Does this company actually do any legitimate transactions??

I was hit for $680.00 as well yesterday.

I got hit for $420, it is not posted yet so my bank said give them a call, see if I can get them to reverse it. I'm so glad I found this site.

Are any other people who posted from MA?  I called my bank and cancelled my card, I also called Istock and they were helpful saying the charge would be refunded.  Im not sure how they got my info but Im very interested to know if this is a local problem in MA or if it is more widespread.  The charge came from an IP address in Morocco, not exactly in my neighborhood.

I Stock credited my account...all is good.

I called the 403 #, they were very nice, said they would refund money, and gave me conformation #. She said they get a lot of these, people are just testing the card. Istock is a download site so its hard to trace who used the card due to nothing gets delivered. My charges were out of Indonesia. They did ask for my card #, but my bank had already cancelled the number so I was safe giving it to them. I now have two cards. one only for internet purchases. Lesson learned.

I live in UK and I have just been done twice on same day from istock international.On way to bank to get my money back and these payments reversed. Cheeky so and sos.............................

I just looked up this company and found an amazing number of people with fraud charges. I also had  fraudulent charges, one for $73.00 and one for $170. The same person or company also purchased something from Beatport. I had never heard of either of these companies. I don't recall getting a phone call from the above phone number.
