i missed a call from this number and when i called it back, some not very good english speaking guy answered and told me the company and that they sell photos and videos and they do not call people, and when i stated that this number showed up on my caller id and that i did recieve a call from this number he persistantly argued with me that it was impossible cuz they dont call and it was someone else calling me. i advised him to take my number off his companies calling list and he said they didnt have a calling list. i advised him to advise his companies manager to not ever call my number again and as he was continuing to argue that it was not his company that called , i hung up on him. It was easily clear on my call log and caller id that it was his companies number that called... how would i get the number otherwise and why would i call it back if the number called me first??? duh. sounds like a scam company to me...

Got a call on my cell from this number a few minutes ago.  Didn't answer it and didn't call it back.  Don't like what I read.  I never give out my cell number, so can't figure out how these companies get my number.  I've had the same phone number about 10 yrs.  Hope they don't have any of my credit card numbers.  This company, if it is legit, has some really bad problems.

i did not get hit with a charge to my card, but received a call today from "card services" to lower my interest rate. Perhaps this is how they are getting people's card numbers - NEVER NEVER would I give my CC number to a company that calls me out of the blue and says they could lower my rate. They are not even affiliated with my bank. This is an area code from Alberta, Canada! I am in the US!

Just got an unsolicited call on my cell. This is probably the same "card services" people that spoof legit companies' phone numbers.

I received a call from this number on 1/18/2013 around noon.  This is a recorded message from Card Services or some other form of the same name - company always states this is your "final notice" to reduce your credit card interest rates but continues to robo-call.  They request you press "1" to speak to an operator.  I always do and ask them to stop calling my number -- they respond the same every time by hanging up!

I report all calls received from this company to the US "Do Not Call" National Registry.  They use different numbers all the time.  This time though, the Registry system would not accept area code 403 so I "googled" the number and found it to be a Canadian area code.

    Please make it stop!

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone about 10 minutes ago (1:15 pm Central, I guess).  For some reason, despite no Caller ID showing and not recognizing the number, I answered it.  It was my special robot friend, Rachael from Card Holder Services.  CLICK (That was the sound of me hanging up on her.) Tap, tap, tap.  (That was the sound of me adding this number to Call Control, the call block app I have on my phone.)  The next sound will be that of me scooting over to the FCC website to report this crap.  One day, the people who started all this will go to their final reward as is natural in the human life cycle, and they will find themselves in a circle of Hell, lower than the one Hitler is in.

    Called Me
I just got a call on my cell from this number, didn't answer it. Reading the posts about fraudulent charges got me worried, checked credit cards and bank statements and don't see any charges. Phew!

But be warned... someone is calling from their number, or making it look like it.

I missed a call from 403-265-3062.  When I called it back to see who it was, it beeped a few times and then nothing.  I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone and I had a bad feeling about it so I googled the number finding this.  I guess time will tell if I've had my debit cards hacked.  Nothing is showing yet.

Got the same "insurance lower your rates" call. Clicked through and told him to remove my name -- snarky guy got defensive and said he hadn't offered me anything yet, and then got verbally abusive. He must be a sadist to do this all day.

Today I received a call from the above number but no one left a message. I "googled" the number and found it belonged to a company called istockphoto. Apparently, this number is being used by an individual who is also using Credit and Debit Card information and the holders of the cards are being charged with several hundred dollars although they did not make any purchases.

The person with whom I spoke at the company said they are trying to resolve this problem but some of the complaints were two years old.

i suspect and disgruntled former employee got the security details from the PBX of this iphoto company - clearly they are/were the first victim - we are subsequent victims.  those that were called by the 403 number all have something in common - a common web site we visit or are a member of - that is where the phone numbers were obtained from

Just got a call from this number. As always, thanks to " Card Services. This is Rachel...", I did not recognize the area code, and thus did not pick up at all. This is the third time they have tried to call me from a Canadian number in the past two weeks. The FTC issued indictments against five of the companies involved in the "Card Services" scam in November, and supposedly frozen their assets so obviously, they just moved their operations out of the reach of the U.S. government.

I got one at 10:51 AM.  Luckily I didn't pick up.  Assuming it's card services (per the above).  My favorite technique now is to hit "1", tell the phone drone "Just a minute" and see how long they'll wait before they hang up.  If they want to waste my time, I'll waste theirs.  May I suggest you do this -- I read when a previous incarnation of the card services scam was broken up a few years ago, they only had like 5 or 10 actual people on the phones... in other words, having probably 1% of people hit "1" instead of hanging up would probably make the whole operation unprofitable and PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.

(I also report every instance to the federal trade commission as well as the FCC.   The "donotcall.gov" report form is so vague it's unactionable, but the FCC Form 1088G has plenty of detail for the FCC to file SPECIFIC charges; after all, they're breaking loads of laws besides just calling people on the Do Not Call list.) These slimebags falsify their caller ID though... that's the thing, card services (probably) didn't hack iphoto's PBX, they just grab a phone number then falsely make their calls APPEAR to come from that number.

I'd be amused to try keeping them on the line further, act like I'm going to give them juicy info but I"m VERY old (so it takes a while to do things these days...), or stutter, or come back to chatting about the weather over and over, and so on.  But I don't want to even talk to these slimebags, so I think I'll stick to "Just a minute".

I have been receiving this RoboRachel and RoboAnne calls now for the past year. It used to be about ever 3 weeks I'd expect a call from her...but now it's averaging once a week. I am on the federal "Do Not Call" list, along with my state's attorney general's "Do Not Call" list, but these have failed to stop these calls.

I just got a call from this number, but did not answer...Googled and found out it was yet another attempt by Rachel or Anne to lower my credit card interest rates. I have filed complaint after complaint after complaint with donotcall.gov, the FTC, and my state's attorney general's office...but alas, to no avail. I also have blocked numbers with my carrier, but it doesn't help since they spoof they numbers constantly. I have pressed "1" to speak with a rep several times...I've asked nicely, begged, pleaded, asked for a supervisor, yelled, messed with them, everything I could think of to get them to stop...but they don't and usually they disconnect my call as soon as they hear me utter the first part of "Please sto...(that's about as far as I get and the call disconnects)..p calling me.".

Today, I answered the call and pressed "1". My goal was to keep them on the line as long as possible in hopes of tying up one of their reps as long as possible so someone else wouldn't have to deal with them, and potentially have their identity stolen. The man I spoke with asked me for my credit card information... I told her my wallet was in my car and asked if he could hold on a few minutes. I had no intention of giving him *any* of my personal info. He said he could call me back. I asked him if there was a number I could call him back when I found my wallet. He then said, "I see you have been contacted before." I replied that I had been contacted a lot. He then said something about removing me and that "this was not the program for (me)". I then asked, "So you won't be contacting me any longer?" But he disconnected the call before I could even get the third word out of my mouth.

    I hate these [***]!

The whole "Hang Up on Robocalls" the FCC advises us to do does not work. These asshats will never stop. This is harassment, plain and simple. I have started storing these phone numbers in my phone. Each time I get a call from a number I don't recognize, I Google and 9 times out of ten, its RoboRachel...so I've stored her numbers, bought a silent ringtone, and turned off the vibrate under their contact. Every now and then Rachel or Anne calls from the same number. Below are the numbers I've collected from her, if recommend storing them in your phone. At least it's a bit of reprieve from this bullsh!t!
