I, too, am being harassed by 404-250-3011.  Called me 4 times today.  Left no messages.  How completely unprofessional.  I am a nurse!!  Got a bill 2 days ago and the EOB yesterday.  Put a check in the  mail box today, in good faith, before the first call arrived.  Ridiculous!  I will consider taking my care elsewhere.

I received a bill from Northside Hospital, and the calls started the next day. Once you get a call from this number 404-250-3011, block it. Your phone will still record the number of times that this number has called, but you will not be interrupted by their harassment. I have received 18 calls on my cell in two months. My bill is paid and they are trying to collect the difference between the insurance negotiated amount and their full billing amount, which is in violation of their contract.  You can contact your ins. carrier to verify you have no other financial responsibility for the date of services and file a complaint with them. You can also go on line or call the Georgia Insurance Commissioner, to file a complaint against Northside Hospital for aggressive and harassing billing practices, if the harassment is happening after payment they are going to want to know about this. I also agree and recommend with others on this blog, in not doing business with Northside Hospital and it affiliates.

Legit - Northside Business Office.  Spoke with them just now - their records matched my records in regards to my balance due.  Paid over the phone.

Called my cell phone with a recorded message: "This is Northside Business Office - please hold until a representative can speak to you."  The message repeated five times, no one connected to speak to me, and then it hung up.  I owe nothing to Northside Hospital. I have blocked the call.

It's Northside Hospital at 1000 Johnson Ferry Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 .
They called before 6 a.m., which is not nice. I missed the first call and thought little of it because I didn't recognize the number, but I was called back less than two hours later. You are asked to hold the line while they connect you with a representative. Unfortunately, they are beyond overeager to collect money. I am "fully" insured and although the insurance company paid for the radiologist that day, they mistakenly denied the claim for the test itself. I proactively called Northside to explain what happened and the steps I was taking, then called and emailed the insurance company about the mistake, but Northside would not give it even two weeks to be resolved. Are you kidding me?

I got a call from this number and didn't answer. No message left. I called back at 8 pm and the recording said it was Northside Hospital. I haven't set foot in there since my last son was born in 1993 so they must be calling me by mistake.

They call me saying I owe on a sonogram they ran checking for gall stones. I have my insurance and when I arrive not only do I pay the co pay they handed a detailed bill for my part after insurance which I was in pain and just wanted the whole thing over and paid part of it. In the end turns out I wasn't to pay and they actually owe me my payment minus co pay back. Instead they are still asking for a balance due from this number even though insurance, radiologist and facility have all said I'm owed a refund this number still trying to collect. And I'm still trying to collect my money from them

Called me in the evening re: balance of approx. $57 on a bill after insurance paid. (I have not received the bill for this in the mail.) Caller wanted me to give him my DEBIT card (not credit card) info over the phone. I said no, and for them to bill me, and I'd write a check. It sounded shady; I thought it was a phishing attempt, but looking here, I see it actually is Northside Hospital. I'm relieved to find that out, but shocked at such a request from them. Really? My debit card? No, sir.

This isn't a scam...it was Northside hospital. I owe them $188 for an ultrasound, even though I only received the bill about two weeks ago. They are just trying to collect money, and I told her that I would pay directly to the doctor's office.

    NoInvoice?
I got a call from them today. The girl told me she was being generous by not turning me over to collections. I told her I never received an invoice. She said they don’t do that and it was my responsibility to manage my bill. What company does this? If they call back I’m asking for proof this is Northside.

They've called me multiple times, not knowing who they were, I didn't answer until yesterday. She said she was looking for me and called asking for my daughter's DOB immediately, I asked what it was about and she said it was about my daughter's account. I declined to provide that information told her I wasn't comfortable providing it over the phone. Told me then I would have to go all the way to the hospital to speak to them, I said that's fine or I would call the hospital myself. She wasn't too happy. She responded with, so your not going to give me her DOB. And that it's her job..I said no. I rather call myself because I wasn't truly sure where she was calling from. I started getting the calls before I got the 1st official bill. (1st statement from hospital said I owed nothing $0 but pending ins payments, I knew that when that went through it was more then likely going to change something.)
She wouldn't tell me anything except that it was about my daughter's account.

My advice is if you have the choice, die before going to this hospital.  I had a simple outpatient procedure done at this hospital AFTER first going through their offices to make sure it was covered by my insurance.  After being assured that it was covered, I had the procedure.  Much later, I got a bill for over $5,000.  I called and was told that my insurance covered the agreed upon amount but there were extra costs.  I have heard this is routine for these scoundrels.  Not they call several times a day.

I got the call and it’s bc recently had trip to Northside Hospotals ER. I did owe my insurance deductible (just got letter in mail 3 days ago) but I paid that online on the website supplied in their mailer so I guess it is just taking a few days for them to update their debtors list. I proactively made sure what I would owe prior to the letter in mail by calling my insurance co and used our FSA card to pay. Will ignore since I know I’ve paid my dues. Glad to know who it was calling tho.

My husband just got a call from them, Northside Hospital.  He had a procedure done about 3 weeks ago. They told us how mush we would owe and agreed to a set amount to pay each month till it's paid off. Two weeks after his procedure we received a bill for A LOT more then they quoted us. Now we are getting phone calls from them?? I showed him how to block their number on his cell. They will get their money, eventually. I had a 6000.00 bill from them a few years ago, thanks to my ridiculous high deductible insurance plan. I'm still making small payments each month  I get calls, ignore them, make a small payment. Get threats of it going to collection, only collection it goes to is Hollis Cobb, which I think is a division of Northside Hospital. It doesn't show up on my credit report. I make payments, it's not my fault the government screwed up our affordable once upon a time insurance
