This is a scam.. I paid Northside for my 11/14/18 procedure and these guys are trying to tell me I owe more.  Yet I have no EOB to support thier claim of me owing anouther 1500+ $...

You have insurance? That is where the EOB would come from. This hospital is in network? Then the insurance company has a contract for a set amount, your copay is etched in stone as well. They should not be able to balance bill you if in network. Now if they are out of network that is a different story. You should only be going to in network doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Why do they call and then ask you to hold for the next available rep? This is totally inconsiderate. I hung up too.

No answer, repeated calls

So true , they harass and threaten you for no reason . Very rude, don’t want to hear your concerns.they call ask you to pay money  even though your bill says you owe 0 dollars.all it says insurance pending and they threaten you to send you to collections.I
Will be filing complaint with BBB soon .

Claims to be Northside Hospital out of Atlanta. I’ve never been there. I suspect it is a scam. If it is legit they can mail me on paper.

missed call, no message on my cell.

Just received a call from 404--250-3011. The female caller said she was calling from Northside Hospital's business office and asked for my birth date and something else they should have if I actually went there. I told the person so and gave no info. She very quickly said she'd send the X-ray info in the mail. I didn't have an X-ray at Northside Hospital in January. Haven't been there in a long time. Very shady sounding.

This number calls me everyday harassing me.....

I have received a couple calls that I thought was initially legit but after receiving the second call indicating that I would have to set up a payment plan they hung up. Thank goodness I did not provide them any banking information

It is Northside hospital's billing office. I get a bill on Monday and they start calling several times a day on Tuesday.....not leaving any messages. I go to the wound clinic every few weeks and I tried to pay at the wound clinic and they told me they aren't set up that way....they could only take my co payment....ugh....I returned the call in the beginning to see who and why they were calling....they asked for a payment....i said I make my payments by check and told them to stop calling me....this really is harassment the bill isn't past due....I always wait for insurance to pay before paying a bill.

If you have been to Gwinnett Medical recently.....they are part of Northside Hospital but their practices are shady in my opinion...I don't recall any other hospital harassing me for payments that aren't that past due.....days...maybe weeks but not several months late.

Got a call they was saying Northside business center but I haven't been to northside in MONTHS but when I called back they said one second then hung up each time I have insurance every bill I get says 0 DOLALRS OWED  but they stopped calling anyways so yea scammers

northside hospital billing office. the are trying to stick me for balance billing

Received a call from "Northside Hospital" some woman who couldn't pronounce my name.  I never authorized them to call me on my cell phone.  I had paid my co-pay and my insurance paid their part.  Don't know why I am being charged $370.  When I wouldn't give them my personal information got upset and I told her that I would call the hospital myself.
