This is NOT Northside Hospital.  It is a 3rd party contractor hired to collect debt with the hospital.  They can not send invoices or help you with anything.  Call Northside directly to check on a bill you might have.  These people are contracted and typically not even in the USA.  SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call from these guys and they were able to quote me 3 of my account numbers, the date of service and amount due which all was correct.  They were offering 20% discount off the total of these 3 bills because "times are tough and they want to help out their customers."   I did have a woman handling my case by the name of "Ebony."  She advised also I needed to pay today by Credit card or debit card and if not she couldnt offer the 20% after May 1st.

I suspected fraud, however, when I called NSide billing office at 404 851 6500 I inquired about this issue and was advised by Alea that she would transfer me to my representative.  Was on hold when was told "your representative is Ebony and we are transferring you now."

Sound legit but am quite unsure as this would be something typical of scammers, not that they are but I have never heard of such....
