If we "report" here, what happens?  What is the procedure, if any, for getting a hold of these people to make them stop?  Are they fined?  Are they told to stop?  What is done?  There are a lot of complaints here, but I don't see any resolutions....

I got a call from a MR Davis from mauconduit & luna.  He said I had a payday loan from aug 2010.  I did not and he said i had to pay him 740 today or the police were on their way to get me.  I called my police dept and they said NO they were not.  They also told me I had a felony charge against me.  Called my 80yr father in another state and told him I daughter was going to jail unless he had me call them.  So I did and this company is a scam.  they have 10+ phone numbers.  I checked all of them and they are all from different phone carriers and some skye lines.  Also I called the business licence dept of atlanta and they do not have a business license or do not have a licence for debt collecting.  If you have any information on this company, please report it to this link.

I am trying to get the Secret Service/FBI and Attorney Generals offices in multiple states involved in this so no one else has to be harrased.  DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!!!.  THEY ARE ALSO ASSOCIATED WITH BAHAMA MARKETING GROUP AKA BMG.  PLEASE HELP US GET FRAUD PUT WHERE FRAUD NEEDS TO BE PUT!

Been getting this number calling me for weeks. When I call back, I get the disconnected message. I answered earlier and listened to the credit card debt reduction spiel, and pressed #1 to talk to a "friendly" representative. I asked her if she could PLEASE take me off of their automated list, and the freaking heffer hung up on me. GRRRRRR

This cracks me up.  I get these call when I don't have one credit card that has any balance on it!

I  received a call on my cell phone and when I tried to return it, I was told the number was disconnected.

Recevied a call from "Credit Card Services" about lowering credit cards and you must be at least $3,000 in credit card debt and have one good gredit card.
I waited to talked with someone on the phone, I stated to the lady "That I don't own a credit card, and how did you get this number" and she hung the phone up.

After I hang the phone up I did a redial of the number "I'm sorry the number you are trying to contact is no longer avaiable or in service"

Same thing: no one there when I answered the phone, and when I tried calling back I received a "Number disconnected" message. I've also been getting a lot of these "Reduce your credit card rate" calls on my cell phone. I believe the Do Not Call rules for cell phones are different than the rules for land line phones?

I received several calls from this number today, I had my landline number changed and sure enough they are calling the new number!!! Same scenario tried calling back, number disconnected!! WTH!! How do these people get by with this??? THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!

These people are harrassing me daily. 2-3 calls a day and when I go to speak to them to tell them to stop they hang up. I am contacting my attorney. I want them to never call me ever again. They are horrible people and harrass people.

They won't stop calling. They will only get another number to call with. Plus this scam has been going on for years. It's amazing that no one can stop them or better yet come up with something that can stop them. Blocking numbers does not work as they will get a new one each time they call.

annoying telemarketing call

This makes me so angry. this phone has called a few times on my elderly mothers cellphone and she does not have a lot of credit cards and thank God i got the call and she didnt get it and become confused. Someone needs to stop these jerks.

This is a computer generated call I think, there is never anybody there and it does not tell you how they are.

I've gotten several calls at work from this number.  Yesterday I hit "9" to be connected and got a live person.  When she started her spiel about the credit card, I said I wanted to be removed from their list.  She hung up on me, which really fried me. I immediately called the number back and got the recording that it was disconnected.   Obviously they can't get it disconnected that fast, so I'm curious how they can make that number show on the screen when it's apparently not the actual number they are calling from?  I tried calling it this morning and it's still disconnected so obviously they have some techno ability to make their number appear differently.  If anyone figures out how to get off the list, let us all know!
