If you press 9 to get to a "human" and ask to have your number removed from their list, they just hang up on you.  I've even started with saying this is a business number please....click.

I am on "do not call list" but still received call Mon 7/25/2011 about 3pm from 404-303-0944. Canned message starts with, "This is your last chance ... we have sent you info before ... respond now if you have credit card debt greater than $3000." When the human came on, I asked, "who the hell are you & what do you want?" and he abruptly hung-up on me. When I re-dialed the number, message said it was disconnected. Hmmm. SPAM!

I get 3 to 5 call in one day from this number on my cell when I talk to them and ask to be but on a no call list they hangup.

404-303-0944 call, silence, hangup, message that number has been disconnected when I call back.  Phone company, where are you?

I got the call too, no message, they just hang up. My cell and house phone,)land line) are on the do not call list

Recorded message identifying caller as "Card Member Services" stating that this was the "final offer" to get 0% interest rates.  I've gotten this "final offer" dozens of times now and I don't even have Card Members Services.  Obviously this is a scam and they also ignore the do not call list as well as call cell phones.

i called them back also and it says that the number is disconnected.

What the hell do you need to do to stop this, or better still, have these people shut down once and for all? I am also on the DNC list like so many of you are as well. The best way to deal with these calls is to text back something, cause it goes to a land line and they have to pay for it...

Just got the call today. Didn't answer, no message.

The DNC list does not prevent all telemarketing calls.  Any business that you had or have a relationship with, plus surveys and charities are exempt.
It sounds like this is a robo call of some kind and there is only one way to stop it - contact the FCC at www.FCC.gov.  There is an online complaint form that you can complete and submit electronically.  It will take a little time but the calls will stop and the responsible party will be fined.

However, there is always another [***] waiting in the wings so you will most likely have to do this again.  It happens to me every few months and each time I file a complaint.  Sooner or layer these losers will find it's not worth it.

This number 404-303-0944 keeps calling my cell number and I haven't had a credit card in over 8yrs... So I know this is a scam and when I tell them to not hang up on guess what they do....I'm on the don't call list like that is going to help..... Stop calling me this is rude....

Just got a call from this number. I called back and a recorder came on stating that the number has been disconnected. Who are these people? I am not on the calling list

This is a robo-call/scam for lowering credit card interest rates.  I have no credit cards.  I have told
someone who answered after their call prompt to put me on the DNC list, but the calls continue weekly.
"Redial" attempts get the standard phone company "this number has been disconnected."
