I just recieved a call from 404-935-9490 saying I owed on a payday loan From MSG group was the internet provider to apply.  I've applied in the past and have already paid all loans and they are saying that I Owe 1300 to Cardinal which was the payday loan company.  I've not yet recieved a loan from this company.  this was two weeks ago.  They told me I had to fax a letter stating I've paid but did not cause I don't know who this is.  They just now tryed to call wont leave a message on Answering machine and they call 3 times in a row in one day.  I feel this is Fraud this wouldn't be the first time I've been a victim.  my advise to everyone is never do a payday loan online.  Only at a company you can walk through the door they don't harrase you for money you don't recieve.

I have gotten COUNTLESS calls from "joes" and "mike" and "steve" and you and I both know that isnt their name.  The accents and the voices dont match the names- SCAM.  Also - cops like to bother people face to face so if it is a check fraud - why are they calling?  All of this is a scam and it is completely bothersome.  IGNORE them and they go away (for a while)

I received a pone call yesterday from "Invesigations" at was from a lady named NANCY KIRKLAND phone # 678-935-0246. She threatened me to get a lawyer or they will have their lawyer prosecuted me for check fraud. When I called back I was put on to an answering service and another lady named Cynthia Speed told me to leave a phone number and my case number and they would get back to me.
Funny thing about this whole situation is that I am 48 years and have never, ever had a checking account in my life.  The laugh is on them!!!

I saw right through these DTA idiots. I blocked them weeks ago and now they called back from an unknown number talking about some kind of check fraud. I think its hilarious of how F*cking stupid they are. The use legal jargon that doesn't even make sense. You can't summon somebody over the phone as the voicemail they left said. Don't volunteer any information to these guys. They claimed they were filing paperwork in my county which they couldn't name. Just repeat what they say back to them and pretend you are writing things down. They get real pissed at that.  First it was Inv Mcmillian now its just a Ms. MCmillian. Be original if you're gonna try and scam somebody. What legit business employees address themselves by their last name and gets irritated a when you challenge them on it. I asked the dumb lady what her first name was and she said "I already told you three times (which she had not). After figuring out what name she was going to give me she said her name was Catherine.  She told me if I wanted to dispute the supposed charges I would have to tell it to the judge. I asked her what judge and what court that I was supposedly going to have to go to. She said she didn't know. First of all you need a judge to issue a warrant if she doesn't know where the judge is or the court then there is no warrant.  They went as far as to contact my family members getting them all worried. It stopped being funny then. I told her to shut the F up and she was nothing but a scam and full of [***].  If she was actually legit, she wouldn't have stayed on the line and endured me cussing her out. I had to hang up on her.

I have been recieving calls from a company DTA saying their calling for a loan i never paid back... i am currently waiting to hear back from the better business bureau because i actually talked to these people and want to make sure they are legit??

They called me from a blocked number but the number they gave me to call back was 18776774651

Said they were going to serve me with papers. Left the number 877-280-9373. I'm done.

DTA  called me using block number. They have threatened to issue an arrest warrant. I saved their voicemails. I've never called them back. But I see that bankruptcy & payday loans are a common threat, I've had both in the past. Another call and I'm reporting it.

They called my parents house told them I was being investigated and someone filed a complaint on me
